Hi there! I'm a sound designer/musician and I'm thinking about creating soundscapes that would enhance the experience of role-play gaming. I'm wondering if anyone here likes this idea and what kind of sounds might be good. Would a soundtrack of ambient music that can be left to play be good? This could be tailored to various scenarios. Also, I hear soundboards that contain sound effects are used by some people…. Maybe a combination of the two ideas would be good? What kind of sound effects would be best in a soundboard? Does anyone already use such sounds and do you have any thoughts/suggestions on this..?
