--Physical Appearance--:
Sebastian is one of the few Arc Recon units on duty and in existence currently, and as a result, he wears a special piece of technology, called the Arc Listening and Image Assumption Suit (A.L.I.A.S.). A.L.I.A.S. is a combination body armor-stealth suit that uses newfound materials and advancements in quantum computing to give the user a great advantage over his opponents. The suit affords its users protection from most projectile weapons by using an adamantium lining under the normal enhanced Kelvar protection. This is powerful enough to resist the point-blank blast of any modern assault rifle to date. The suit itself is enhanced with microchips woven into the armor that give it stealth-suit abilities almost on par with the zero visibility camo of Finality recon units. A quantum computer is stored in the visor-covered helmet, with abilities to hack into or fry most electronic devices and release small electromagnetic pulses.


--Personality--
Sebastian is very hard to describe, but to be summed up in one word, he is clever. Sebastian is never one to walk into ANY situation without knowing the whole layout by memory. If Sebastian ever does intentionally walk into a place, something very bad is about to happen. The man behind the Arc Recon mask is not liked by a lot of people, unfortunately. His rise to his current position was only because of his raw talent and athletic skill, and even then he was almost knocked out of the candidacy. Although in conversation an enjoyable person, Sebastian is secretly violently anti-Semitic, and if given the opportunity, would kill any Jewish person in his path, whether it contributed to the mission or not. His shoulder was completely severed in the past by an Israeli artillery strike, and he spent years hunting down the man who did it to him. He didn't find him, but he is constantly reminded by his mechanical shoulder of the incident.

--Armaments--
Sebastian is mainly armed with a FAMAS G2, using a standard 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge for ammo. It is also enhanced with a laser zoom scope, courtesy of Overarc. He has intense training in jujitsu and karate, and can use almost every weapon in existence, thanks to the quantum computer in his suit of armor. All stealth operatives must possess mandatory hardened ceramic knives and a tranquilizer gun.
