CALDARI STATE


The Caldari, once colonists from Earth they diverged across the universe to expand and grow, eventually the wormhole knows as EVE was found and opened them up to a new virgin universe, New Eden.

Years passed and the wormhole collapsed leaving the colonists stranded in New Eden, civilization withered and many went into hiding.

The Caldari rose up in time as the most technologically advanced of the four New Eden races, they militaristic might and electronic superiority were unmatched.

In time stargates were set up to connect the systems of New Eden together, two years later war came to Eden, the four races break peace and begin fighting for supremacy, the Empyrean Age had begun.

It has been two months since the start of the war and a strange stargate has appeared in the New Eden system, (there's a New Eden system and the universe is New Eden) recon troops reported back that the gate lead them to a new universe completely different from their own, the Caldari had to explore this for opportunities.


DIVISIONS


Caldari State- The main force of the Caldari, every man, woman and child is bound to the State from day one but they can choose to traitorise the State and leave or serve another division.

Caldari Navy- The main militaristic force of the Caldari, armed with the best technology, weapons and pilots, they are ready to defend the State when called upon.
CEO: Mininela Erinen, Female

State Protectorate- The militaristic force behind the defence and offence of low security regions in New Eden, they are constantly on the watch for invading forces and are quick to respond.
CEO: Mumara Kara, Female

Kaalakiota- A civilian mega corporation backed by the State, they are the main manufacturers and retailers, they have also had a hand in developing some of the most advanced Caldari ships. (Example: Widow)
CEO: Haatakan Oiritsuu, Female

Lai Dai- A civilian mega corporation backed by the State, they express a motto of quality over quantity, as such all of the products from Lai Dai are of superior quality. (Example: Golem)
CEO: Alakoni Ishanoya, Female

Ishukone- A civilian mega corporation backed by the State, they were once a weak corporation until they had contact with the Jove race, a New Eden race locked away in a region of Eden, through this contact they have developed most of the Caldari ships you see today and the capsule technology employed by the nations.
CEO: Otro Gariushi, Male


SHIPS


Caldari ships have a few advantages over other races. One, they have superior shielding technology and can take huge damage before their shields fail, this in turn though has left them with a weakened armour and structure. Two, they have the most advanced electronic warfare devices, they have very strong sensors to counter being jammed while their ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) are strong enough to scramble any enemy sensor systems. Three, Caldari ships use missile launchers over gun batteries, Caldari missiles are advanced enough that they will auto seek their target when a lock is established and continue to fly until they run out of fuel of explode, the downside to this is the developement of Defender missiles which will hunt down incoming missiles and detonate them in flight.
