Hi, I'm Malt (well that's my internet name anyways).

I have roleplayed before, mostly when I was younger. I was introduced to it on a forum for a pretty terrible game. One of my real life friends was into it at the time as well, so we did that for a while. I haven't actually spoken to him in 2 years, because he's a terrible ADD jerk who is incapable of maintaining real friendships.

I played WoW on RP servers for about a year. I had a lot of fun with that, band it was where I learned a lot about creating meaningful characters. That was still a while ago though, over a year. So I'm pretty sure I lost my touch.

I spent about a year and a half as an internet troll, trying to fit into this one community and make myself known for something. The final banning of me from their IRC channel was the final nail in the coffin that made me realize that

I haven't done a single bit of RP since then. I'm bored right now, this is what I'm going to do.

Alright, well, I'm glad you realized that trolling doesn't get you anywhere on the internet, although it is one of those guilty pleasures that is good for the occasional laugh. If you need to de-rust yourself, you should get engaged in a few roleplays, or if you are more competitive, participate in multiple battles at once, so that you post at least once a day. Either way, just remember to have fun, because there is no point in doing anything if you don't have fun whilst doing it. =)

Hello! I'm new here, too! I used to RP a couple years ago in chat rooms and really haven't found a new place that I like since all the chat rooms disappeared... I'm a total gamer addict like you, too. Have you ever done one on one RPs or do you prefer groups? I'd love to try a one on one with you, if you're up for it. I'm female, so my characters tend to be, too, but I also like playing males from time to time. WoW is my drug, so if you know enough about the lore we could possibly do a WoW RP...
