"Quick guys move, we've got to keep our eyes on them!" Jake hissed to the small group before they all snuck back into their own dark colored vehicle and waited to see what would happen next. They'd need to follow them if they started driving away but they'd have to be sneaky about it. Especially if they didn't want these kidnappers to get suspicious.

At the same time, Kat followed Brad into the van while wondering what these men were up to. Evidently they didn't trust bringing Kaitlin out here with them for some reason, so that meant they were probably taking them somewhere else. However she was certain the rest of the group would noticed and figure out some way to follow without getting caught.

the van raced off down a side street, followed by a few more turns, a tactic brad guessed was to throw off any pursuers and also to dissorient them so they would have a hard time findingthe place again since their was no windows to see outside.

when the van finally stopped and the side door was ripped open, four men standing by eagerly waiting for them none to softly escorted Brad and Kat out of the van then escorted into a rather large boat storage warehouse where another four people stood at varios spots throughout the dockhouse

:what do you want?" Brad asked, directingthe question to a rather slender man standing between two rather burly men. "I thought it would be rather obvious by now" he said as he pulled a gun he had concealed in his jacket. "we want to exterminate all the "pet projects" that the damn facilty has been doing for the last twenty or so years.

with no warning he pointed the gun at Kat and pulled the trigger. Brad heard her gasp and watched her fall to the ground. all the color dissapeared from his face. although he had only kown these oeple slightly less tha Esha, they were his friends, no his family. he knelt beside Kat, the tears welling up in his eyes, threatening to blind him. "god Kat, what have I gotten you into?" he whispered as he picked her up, her blood staining his hands and her breathes coming in short painful gasps. brad looked up at the shooter. it wasnt the man he had thought, but a man slightly behind and to the left of him, the original speaker showed a hint of sympathy then put a stern look on his face "you knowthey were not meant to survive, they would have been exterminated, if not by us, then by some one else." he said unsympathetically glancing at Kat

"But what makes you think we'd just let you kill us off? You mess with one of us you mess with all of us!"

The demanding voice had come from seemingly nowhere, but that was part of the trick. Blaze, D, Jake, and Esha had managed to sneak inside the building just before Kat was shot, and although they all wanted to storm down there in revenge for what this gunman had just done, they needed to move carefully. They still had to save Kaitlin and get out of here, but if they confused these guys a little then that might give them the edge they needed.
So while the twins handled the confusion part, Blaze and Esha were sneaking around for where these people might be holding Kaitlin.

"There can't be many more places to keep her concealed in here." Esha whispered to Blaze and the redhead just nodded silently in agreement as they finished looking through one room and snuck back out into the narrow hallway. They had a few more rooms they would need to search, and if they couldn't find Kaitlin then more then likely she wasn't here. However both of them were also seriously worried about Kat, because with her being hit they'd need to get out of here even faster if she even stood a chance at surviving. Although she was tougher then most took her for, even if she didn't look like much to begin with.

Brad took advantage of the lack of confidence and confusion to sneek off into the shadows and behind one of the men that was concealed withing. he was upon him and slammed his head into a wall with a solid thunk before he had a chance to react or even call for help, knocking him unconsciess. he picked up the small pistol and the hunting knife the man had and crept around, using the shadows for protection. he was about fifteen feet from his next intended target, the only problem was the man was alert and facing brad. any forward movement he made would alert him. he looked at the gun in his hand, pointing it at the man dead center in his chest. he had never really used a gun, but felt confident that given the current situation, he would wield it with deadly accuracy. he instead tossed the gun off to his right, causing it to splash into the water and distracting the man. he didn't waist a moment as he rushed the man, drivingthe hunting knife into his chest and twisting its deadly blade. the man was dead before he even hit the ground. he turned suddenly as he heard a shuffle behind him, raising his fists instinctively, only to realize that it was the twins. he lowered his hands and gave them a quick i'm sorry look, then snuck off around a stack off boxes, only to realize they had already disposed of any threats on this side of the dockhouse. now if they could only find Kaitlin!

"Alright Jake, you get Kat out of here ASAP! We're going to stick around here and see if we can find out where Kaitlin is." D quickly told his brother, and the darker haired twin quickly nodded before scooping Kat up off the ground and racing full speed towards their waiting vehicle. With most, if not all, of the usual threats eliminated that gave him a clear shot to get out of here. Plus if worse came to worse the rest of the gang could always steal one of the vans out back if necessary to cause some confusion to any remaining kidnappers.

"Guys up here! I think we found something!" Blaze called down from where her and Esha were still searching around upstairs. Sure enough they had found a locked room at the very edge of the warehouse, and inside they could hear scared whimpers that Esha recognized as coming from Kaitlin. However the door was thick enough that she probably couldn't hear them very well, or either she heard a commotion outside but didn't know it was her parents and several others who were trying to get her out. However, while Blaze alerted the rest of the group Esha stayed closeby since she wasn't about to leave her daughter even though there was a bolted door seperating them at the moment.
