It never ends
Kenny was never one to speculate on what humanity did to condemn themselves in the manner that was thrown at them. As a human, he never was one to understand much about the supernatural hocus-pocus, and he liked it that way - the less he felt he knew, the less he felt involved. His uniform clean and pressed, his badge shined, standing outside of the Department with arms crossed simply over his chest, thinking. They looked at us, their police to save them, we simply turned them away. Watched them burn. Shrugging slightly, Kenny was still adapting to the new policy, human demon worshipers were arrested on sight, Vampires were questioned, Lycans were tacked and confronted, Demons - the policy was not clear on the Angel vs. Demon situation, atleast not that he could understand.
"Sergeant, Unit six is hauling one female from South Central, not sure of her race or anything else. Car is ten minutes out" a voice called from behind Kenny, turning to see another uniformed cop, a corporal give him an update on the daily status. "Alright, just have a Team on standby in case." and with that, Kenny simply turned to gaze back off towards the city of skyscrapers. There's a fire today.
