Light black optics shift unto his opponent, his feet a few centimeters apart. "Neji I challenge you!" -He exclaimed in a normally goofy fashion. His features, having allowed the momentary lapse of focus or so it had seem, shifted, brows furled optics fixated upon his opponents form. He watched as Neji bows to him in respect and repeats the motion. His right hand lifted, arching upward, the fingers of the respective hand pointing upward, his palm visible clearly to himself. His opposite arm hidden partially stretched along his back

"I accept." It would seem that one hand was stuck between the stomach of Lee, It would form that of chakra, Into one burst. "Hakke Kuushou.." It would dwell forth with a burst, It ran between the two with ease, If it were to connect it would send the form into a skid toward the obstical behind them.

-It was apparent by the sudden displeasure stretched across his features that he was unfamiliar, at least to this technique. "You've progressed so quickly Neji." -Was the one statement of praise he allowed slipped from his lips. His feet pushing hard off of the ground, launch him into the sky, away from the burst. He quickly landed. -The one occuring thought which he allowed to form in his mind came to life as he whispered "With that I realize how much he's progressed. Before advancing any further I must force him to get closer." -And with that he stomped on the floor, utilizing all the might his legs would allow, causing a fault line the length of which began at lee and continued toward Neji.
