Mages Guild OOC

The world of Mysadia, a world composed of magical energy sources. The powers known as magic are a blessing left behind by the four original gods. Though only gods may house such powers inside themselves, they left a way for humans to use magic. By sealing the free roaming powers into four great books they contained the powers. Each book possessed untold powers of each of the magical properties that make the world. These four books were left in the hands of the four greatest families of mages from the world. The four families were Ashford, Ishida, Astarion, and the Zhang. These four families make up the two mages guilds of this world the Heavenly guild, and the Dragon Guild.

The Heavenly guild of mages are a group who use magic for the betterment of society and offer free help to people. Though they do not boast the most powerful mages per se they do house the most virtuous and righteous mages. These kind souls are the protectors of peace and non-advocators of war.

The Dragon Guild are a more isolated sect of mages. They do not waste their time with society and mankind. Instead they opt to remain in hermitage and spend their lives advancing the study of magical energies and their use and applications. Innovators amongst magic their mages are more akin to scientists than wizards.

Magic Types

Elemental conjuration, or the ability to manipulate the four elements. (Fire/Air/Water/Earth)

Spirit calling, the ability to call magical beings from different dimensions. These spirits may use elemental abilities or various type of unknown magic.

Soul forging, the ability to use ones soul to create magical weapons and items to control.

Transportation, the ability to create celestial gates that transcend time and space.

Modern mages draw there powers from there element books that have power contained in them. Each mage is compatible with one type of magic and can absorb the books of others of the same type. Members from opposing guilds battle each other for control of each others books when they are similar typed otherwise there is no real animosity between the guilds. Though they struggle for power between themselves they are usually non-hostile and stay apart from each other.

Bio/personality: Mitsuki is rather quiet, calm and coldhearted. She doesn't talk much, but if there is an important or interesting thing to discuss, she will. She also states her opinione against stronger or mightier people than her, as she doesn't respect people right from the start. They have to earn her respect.
Mitsuki is very intelligent, she has an IQ of 167 and due to that she can solve riddles and problems pretty fast. She also fights with a lot of strategies, making her e strong opponent. However, if she is very angry, wich rarely happens, she fights like an animal, just with brute strength.
Mitsuki has a very special way of dealing with problems. If they are mortal, execute them. If they're not mortal... ignore them or lock them up.
She hates being told what to do and nobody should handle her like a little kid. She can't stand that.
She doesn't make friends easily, but if she trusts someone, then forever.

Appearance: Mitsuki is rather tall, but not the tallest. She is slim, but slighty musculous. Her skin is perfectely white, while her eyes gleam golden. Her hair is long and straight, easily reaching her knees. It's a deep, beautiful greenish blue color, the same color as the spirit she calls forth.
Mitsuki wears a long, black cloak, wich is jagged on the lower edge. below, she wears a black corsett and black hotpants. On her legs are black boots.
She has a piercing, a silver dragon through the right upper ear, and a simple silver ring through her lower right lip. Onthe keft side of her neck, she has a tatoo, showing a skull.
She wears a necklace made from black leather. At it is a silver ring in wich a pentagramm made of sapphire is located. Its peak points downwards.

Bio/personality: Myranna is a strong individual, and very independent. She thinks that she is right about everything, all the time, and refuses to ever take no for an answer. She can put on a sweet smile when it is necessary, but otherwise is rather... malicious, is the word? She is rather neutral about the topic of war. Less of a lover, more of a fighter.

Heavenly Guild

Grant is am kind souled and good natured man. He is mariied and has two daughters and is the third in line to inherit the Astarion family. He has two older brothers in the Dragon Guild and his wife is a spirit caller. He is the head recruiter for the heavenly guild and has brought in five members. He is a master of the soul forging arts and has created four magical rings to protect himself with. In addition he maintains a steady income running a magical items shop, that his wife helps look after when he is journeying.
