Well, It's not like Teleportation Magic wasn't done before, so it shouldn't be a problem. As long as you give yourself limitations, such as things like a 30 sec recharge limit or Long-distance Tele-ing require charging a long amount of magical power, It won't be that hard to use fairly.

You know i just remembered why the guild symbol seemed familiar to me, It was the symbol of the guild that held Erza and Friends when they were younger.

Yeah there are many different forms of Re-equipping, each to it own subtitle title, such as;
The Knight: Armor and Swords
The Gunner: Rifles and Guns
Basic: Clothing and Grabs
