I'm kind of stuck where I am for the moment. Until Lerimne and Karl either settle their matter or head to the wedding-- at least set up the position where the cart is in, I'm immobile. Checking daily, though.

Yeah, if you want this RP to be truly successful, I don't think you can depend on an honor system. Make us a REALLY exacting and tortuous design sheet, as well as a gigantor wall of rules, technologies, descriptions, etc.
