Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

...You seem to have a propensity for saying things without reading earlier posts in the thread, Nahkahanhi.

I'll just refer you to the post Barney made (exactly three posts before yours) which answers your question.

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Right, I forgot the only way to really win a fight on Gateway is to take no damage ever no matter how illogical an evasion/block you have to make to do it.

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

I don't see how Sophia would logically be given a higher score than Judgement either, but I've seen stranger things happen. Mostly in the Heaven or Hell tournament on GaiaOnline. Against me, a non-Gaian...by Gaian judges. Who hated non-gaians.

Oh well!

Re: MurderBrawl I (Judgement Vs. Sophia Nightingale)

A torrential fire piled upon his body, a searing heat that wanted to rip right through his body and tear him to shreds. It all occurred so quickly, and with such unexpectedness, that he had been almost unable to set up his defenses in time. His own mind was capable of controlling such traits as thos...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Oh damn, my mistake...

I can edit the post if you want, or we can play it off like I didn't try to say you did some shit you didn't do and let it go from there...or we can just roll with the punches and get on with whatever.

I'm cool with whatever you wanna do.

I just made the parallel that except for the fire o' death part your punch isn't really any different from any other punch. And then went from there.

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Also, when does Round 1 end? No offense, but you need to put a set end-date to each round. So that things move quickly enough to get everything done. Like, each round lasts one month and then the fights are stopped - if they're still going - and judged. It makes for a better, more organized tourname...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Posted @ Asperser.

Also, I'm sorry about this. It's not been my best work thus far, I've been dealing with a lot of shit on my end, and it's been distracting me from putting out my best effort.

Re: MurderBrawl I (Judgement Vs. Sophia Nightingale)

Each wire that was bashed to the side went limp, his consciousness spread throughout them told him of their inevitable failure, and so he stopped devoting any of his concentration toward those objects. His shield was still in place, because as of the moment the mental force of his opposition was sti...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

They're long-range threat sensors, reading energy outputs within the general vicinity of their range - which are accurate up to a hundred yards (average football field), and warn him of impending danger that could be detrimental to his health. They work like any other energy signature reader.

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Judgement is still relatively new to his psychic capabilities, and so is relatively unpracticed. He's not really employed them on any real, substantial level at this juncture and so his concentration for such abilities is, for lack of a better term, weak. Thereby he has to concentrate harder than yo...

Re: MurderBrawl I (Judgement Vs. Sophia Nightingale)

Had this woman not learned yet? Had she not realized that her invisible waves weren’t so invisible to his sensors? That his robotic parts could pick up on the energy signature manifested by these waves of energy? It seemed that she had not, which worked greatly to the advantage of the Ruujek. He sim...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

Why not, QB? T1 isn't just about what you do IC to win, it's about what you do OOC too. And I'm a master of Psychological Warfare, ask anyone who has gone up against Hellion of Val'gara in a serious fight. Edit: Also, how long does a person have to post before I can get a ruling on an auto-hit again...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

I am having fun reading the other bouts, as they slowly trickle in, but find myself bored regarding my own fight..first Smoke was a no-show, now Dyew is about three days late on a reply. Dunno, just kinda disapointed so far. Back in Yahoo I could get like three, four fights in a night...here Im luc...

Re: MurderBrawl I (Judgement Vs. Sophia Nightingale)

Judgement’s eyes closed with the sensation of the music on his ears, and his body swayed to and fro. Back and forth he moved, his feet never leaving their position. His sensors told him there was malice behind the music, though, that an unseen force was building up and preparing to unleash itself to...

Re: MurderBrawl I (OOC And Sign Ups)

The only time you need preps in T1 anymore, as in they're REQUIRED is if you're going to unleash a large attack. For example, if you character is usually only affecting a small area - say five meters - with a wave of fire, to do damage on a larger scale you'd have to prep. Enough preps can even up t...
