As Din said, religions are (with a few 'pagan' exceptions) in themselves philosophies/ideologies. Some philosophies conflict with others, in the same way that religions conflict. These labels aren't really exclusive.

Feminism is relevant so long as there is gender inequality that places women below men. I come from a country where a girl's life is scripted to service to her family from birth. The women would be praying for a first wave of feminism if they were allowed to take education seriously.
