Normal equipped does not help me. I need to know if they are armored or not and if so with what type, and the weapons they use.

The men who came with you are the only ones I am allowing you to choose what they carry, after this you have to actually buy/make their equipment.

I didnt say on purpose. I am leaving what kind of weapons you find up to you. There is only a small amount so maybe 20-30 weapons at most and maybe a suit of armor or 2 but what kind of weapons and armor you find... is your choice. Kugorie: Know that you have to pay those soldiers and 300 is and extrodinary amount for the economy as weak as it is. Honestly 100 would be pushing it, I would say you would only need maybe 50 to 75 at tops. Each solider must be paid (unless they are cheap militia units) so each one takes a toll on ...

How many soldiers do you have? how many of those are mounted? What are they armed with? Armor or not, and if so what kind?

Narrow: than I wont bother to write anything down for them. If you get attacked, you can say how many are there and their equipment and than I will judge their stats from that.

I assume the northmen since they are a ragtag milita unit are unarmored?

Trust me, everything is important such as armor, weapons, shields, etc. It all gets taken into account when there is a battle.
