Unarmed spikes would be like spiked gautlets/greaves..they cover from the backs of his hands to his elbows on his gauntlets. On his Greaves they're on his knees, outsides of legs, and tops of boots. His left handed gauntlet also bears an 8 inch long blade (yes its attached)
