Sonic blast is basically manipulating soundwaves to create large and catastrophic explosions, or to push or pull objects. Almost like telekinesis, but not quite the same. Instead of using your mind, you're manipulating soundwaves. As for Time Manipulation, you can basically control the flow of time....
