Only if you think that they are true creatures in their own rights and not just singualr beings. Anyone can add onto the list when they create new creatures.

The alignment is a personality suggestion. In the end, you should act according to your alignment. But its not practical or logical for anyone to base every decision they make off of alignment unless they want to. However, that doesn't mean you should ever choose to act opposite your alignment.
