I just looked this up. Loveland is about 15-20 miles away from Fort Collins. The Center for Disease Control is in Fort Collins. I think those with full and proper military training would actually be one of the least cocky, simply because of their training.. I think civilian militia would be the cocky ones. That's just my opinion though.
