Seras smiled. "Here." Seras moved out of the supply closet and over to the cage that he had tried to get a dog from. She got down on her hands and knee's. "Most of these puppies come from abusive families, puppy mills, dog fights, terrible places. They sense your feelings. So pretend that it's someone you really care about." She opened the cage door and held out her hand towards the dog slowly. "Hey puppy." She said softly. "I won't hurt you." She continued talking to the dog. Her hand moved closer every so often, letting the dog adjust to how close her hand was. Soon she was petting the puppy, she was talking about her family and friends. "And then there's Jasper. He's cute and fun to hang out with, and really not that bad of a person, you just have to give him a chance. And he means well even if it doesn't seem like it sometimes. And he's really warm, I think you'd like him." She pulled the dog out of the cage and stood up. "See, easy." She rubbed the dogs side. "You want to go wash her?"

Seras slowly handed the puppy over to Jasper, making sure the puppy agreed being handed over. The puppy whimpered. Seras stroked the puppy's fur. "Shh, baby. He's nice." She looked at him. "Be gentle with her."

Seras bent down to another cage. She opened the door and the dog bounded out of the cage and started licking ehr face. Seras squealed. "Ah! Not the face!" She giggled protecting her face with her hands as the large dog stood over her.

He looked at her and laughed. The dog jumped out of the tub, still wet. "Ah! Come back!" He chased after the dog and slipped on a trail of water left behind from the dog.

"Ah!" The big dog moved over to Jasper to lick him in the face. Seras moved dove for the puppy. She wrapped her hands around it and held it between her and the ground. Today was a really bad day for wearing a skirt. She tried to calm the dog down and stop wiggling beneath her. "Gah! Stop moving!" She fixed her skirt and almost lost the puppy again.

The dog moved back and sat down, it's tail moving back and forther happily. Seras sat up, the dog in her lap. "Lil rascel"

Seras took a towel and wrapped it around her waist. She put her hands on her hips. "Oh yeah?" She was grinning. She clapped her hands and the big dog that was near Jasper looked up at her. She pointed to Jasped. "Go get him girl! Yeah! Go get him!" The dog got up and loped back over to Jasper licking his face again. Seras kneeled down next to Jasper close enough for him to hear but far enough away from the dog. "Your girlfriend is very affectionate Jasper."
