September 12th. That was the day of the "Great Gender Splice". Or at least that's what the kids called it. It had happened in the cafeteria at lunch. What had started as a simple disagreement among friends had escalated into full on war between the two sides, Male and Female, about which was easier. After a riot so large that the faculty had to get involved, measures had to be taken. So, that day, they called an assembly, and announced that from then on, each student would live as the opposite gender, for a whole year, including breaks, after school, and summer. A fake name would be given, and they would henceforth be viewed in the eyes of the school as such. The only ones exempt, were the seniors, since they were the one grade uninvolved. In exactly a year, a debate would be held between the two about which was harder now that they'd been in both sides. Parents were contacted, and all quickly agreed to the punishment. It is now the first day of the punishment, and everyone is walking in for the first time as their alias. Roleplay as you wish.

EVERY male student was given the following:
- Voice Alterer (Put it on as a necklace, and it taps the vocal chords, altering them. Then when you take it off, you sound like a girl)
- Pads for the hip and breast area
- Either Extensions, or a wig of the same style and color of their own
- Skin tight mask, designed to make them look like a female version of themself. (May not be removed until the year is up)

EVERY female student was given the following:
- Voice Alterer (Same as the previous, but makes them sound like boys)
- Loose clothing to hide curves
- Haircut
- Skin tight mask, making them look like a male version of themself. (May not be removed until the year is up)

Thanks to these costume pieces (and some help from the girls), every boy looks exactly like a girl, and vice versa.
