Chronos
An organization of selectively trained, ruthless assassins who target those who unbalance the peace. Their goal is to create peace across the globe, one step at a time. Their highest agents, the Numbers, are assigned to different missions of assassination. Recently, Number VI has been deemed the most impressive of them all; to most, she is known as Hell Angel.

Hell Angel was recently sent on a mission to kill Jenson Kioko, a famous actor who was involved in several different drug dealings. Before seventy people she killed him without haste; among those seventy were three individuals: Dominic Kacie (a famous sweeper), Lauren Downy (an ex-IBI agent), and Emmanuel Parker (a common sweeper and the last known Tao user). Dominic had been on a mission to take down Jenson and turn him in for a reward. Lauren was among the audience only to ensure the safety of Emmanuel, who was also trying to get the reward money for the capture of Jenson Kioko. But when Hell Angel slipped him through their fingers, they were left dazzled.

Two days before, Richard and a child named Maggie had joined Lauren and Emmanuel at their flat (they'd been sharing to keep the expenses down). Richard, a known marksman by the sweepers, had found Maggie, a genetically enhanced nano-engineered girl, in an alley on his way home. After a short chat over a well needed meal, Maggie had agreed to return with Richard if he kept her genetic enhancements a secret. They were currently a big happy family.

But while they dealt with the matters of keeping Maggie away from being assassinated by Hell Angel, Dominic was having his own problems. As a sweeper, his down time was at night when sitting up in the trees around his flat. But when an unexpected, quiet girl by the name of Holly joined him, things began to grow serious. He couldn't help but notice she carried a gun with her and immediately realized she was using it to kill instead of protect.

It wasn’t long before Hell Angel reached Maggie, however. And when Dominic makes a surprise visit to Lauren and Emmanuel’s flat to speak with Richard, he is shocked to see that Holly was in fact a number. With the barrel of the fun pressed to Maggie’s temple, all Number VI had to do was pull the trigger; but she didn’t. With one back glance at Dominic, she left through the window from which she’d came. And though the group decided it was the best to turn Holly in for murder, they kept the situation a secret.

Yet amongst all this chaos of these poor people, Holly had her own problems. Her partner, Jace, was trying to get closer to her. He’d been obsessed with her for years now and it was clear he had… ideas about forming a relationship past friendship. While on her apartment roof, Holly is confronted by Jace and his ideas of their relationship. With Holly struggling to keep him away, Dominic had enough time to race across the roofs and push Jace from the roof.

Dominic takes Holly away from the ruckus of Chronos and together with Lauren, Emmanuel, Richard, and Maggie, they escape to another town where they settle down quickly as normal sweepers. But it wasn’t long before Jace’s plans of world domination began. Despite his forces, he was obsessed with the idea of making Holly his queen. But in a want for revenge against Jace for his killing of Scott, her brother, roads began to unfold and the group found themselves on the way to destroy Jace and his followers, the Eight Apostles.

-will at first appear very introverted and won’t speak much, but after you get to know her she can be fairly loud and fiery about life. Killing is a natural thing for her and she doesn’t understand the concept of sweepers. She hates being embarrassed for her cheeks always turn bright red, so she usually strays from anything involving romance or friendship. Underneath her shell she is hard-headed and stubborn and will always put herself first to keep others safe. She doesn’t like people who try to get in her business but sometimes it’s nice to have a shoulder to cry on.-
-carries her Chronos gun [made of Orichalcum, the strongest metal] and two daggers-
-appears to be stuck on her job, but in meeting a few different people she seems to be fading from her murderous background. Though she’ll start off this roleplay as the enemy, she’ll eventually be one of the heroes of the story (she’ll become a sweeper)-

Jace Legend
Is called Jay by Holly and only her.

-is Holly’s obsessed partner number-
-will mostly be seen as slightly obnoxious at the beginning of the roleplay. Due to his obsession with Holly (he’s terribly in love with her dark side), he’ll do anything to help or impress her. When she begins to change, he himself shifts as well. His bright, laid-back personality becomes dark and creepy. He will many times attempt to develop a relationship with Holly, but will every time be turned down. Eventually, when Holly is stolen by the want to be a sweeper, his dark side unfolds and he too quits Chronos to become a powerful ruler over the world.-
-has a signature blade-edged card deck he uses as his major weapon-
-will start out as a Chronos goody-goody, but will eventually turn into the worst nightmare. All the while he’s still obsessed with Holly joining him to be his dark queen-

Dominic Kacie
Known as Nick by most, but Nikky by Holly.
(the Saya of the story)
- is of the male gender-
-has been living for 13 years-
-is a famous sweeper-
-is mostly seen as very energetic and loud. He’s a killer eater and loves to just chow down after a good fight. He believes that nobody has done anything bad enough to deserve death, so when fighting he chooses if it’s right to kill or not. He doesn’t care what people think about him and will let people know what’s on his mind. If you need someone to lean on, he always seems to be by your side. He’s extremely protective over the people she loves, especially Holly whom he’s taken a distinct liking to.-
-reverts to four throwing knives-
-has a good grip on where he stands; he’s going to fight against Jace with all he’s got.

Maggie Darling
Enjoys being called Maxxie.

-has been living for 13 years-
-is a recently escaped from a hard life as a nano-engineered specimen-
-can be extremely annoying in certain situations. She is very childish due to her lack of knowledge on anything but being a weapon. At first, she doesn’t really like people who get close to her and will often shun them away by making crude comments to them. But once you get close to her, you’ll find a sweet girl who just wants to live with her friends. Though killing is like an instinct to her, she’s very shy about fighting and won’t normally put herself in a battle. When she isn’t whining, she is bouncing around with that happy little grin on her face. She is loved by all and most try not to hurt her, but that’s more difficult than it would normally seem.-
-doesn’t carry any weapons since she can transform her body at will-
-goes wherever Ricky goes, so she’s presumably on the heroes side-

Richard Kingsley
Nicknamed Ricky by Maggie.
- is of the male gender-
-has been living for 21 years-
-used to be a thief but now resides as an expert marksman-
-is usually perceived as a cold, dark man. He has very crude humor and will make fun of your every day idiot without a second thought. Due to his past, he’s very cold-hearted to anyone who kills, especially the Chronos Numbers. When you get past this instinctive shell, however, you find a man who just wants something to live for. He’s got the crazy idea that he has to protect everyone, and even when he first sees Holly he believes he can change her. He wants there to be peace but knows he has to fight for it, and that scares him more than anything; he doesn’t want to lose anyone in the struggle.-

Lauren Downy
Called Mom among the group

-has been living for 21 years-
-is a former IBI agent trying to create peace-
-would be described as the motherly figure of the group. She’s constantly on edge with trying to keep people safe and happy, and during her moments she can become very scary. Aside from her outbursts of anger, she is a very calm and delicate creature. She refuses to kill even when the person seems to deserve it; this is presumably because of some dark past of hers. She can tend to be fairly emotional and touched by really almost anything. She’s taken Maggie on as her own (despite her constant fighting with Ricky) and is bent on adopting Holly as well.-
-carries her old IBI handgun-
-will be a protagonist at the beginning to the end-

Emmanuel Parker
Called Dad among the group and Manny by Holly.

-has been living for 27 years-
-is a common sweeper and the last natural Tao user-
-would be described as the fatherly figure of the group. Even though he’s fairly laid back about everything, he can get on edge about people running off on their own. He’s incredibly smart and is eager to show the world his potential. Even though he fancies Lauren, he doesn’t ever seem to have time to make her happy. If you need someone to vent to, he’s always there to hold you. Though he usually tries to treat all the ‘kids’ the same, he’s got a thing for Holly. He wants to help her so badly but can’t figure out how.-
-carries all sorts of things (we’ve stopped counting the weapons)-
-will not show any signs of evil until around the end where he turns his back on the group to follow Jace’s orders to kidnap Holly and take her to him.-
