         Alex smirked at Callie as she flew away carrying the locket but her eyes quickly widened when she saw Nerus firing an arrow at her. She went to fly out of the way but the arrow burst into a blinding flash of light causing her to drop the locket from her hands. SHe saw it plummet from the height and right onto a rock spliting the locket in half. She crashed into the nearby lake and had to swim ashore. She looked at her shoes it would be a few hours before she was able to fly again. "great" she mumbled. She picked up the locket and frowned when she saw the picture. She felt her heart sink " I had no idea I knew her dad passed but..." She shook her head and walked towards Callie her head down feeling mad at herself. "hey callie look before you go all daughter of athena on me I just wanted to say I'm really really sorry if I had known how much this locket meant to you I wouldn't have taken it even children of hermes have standards." She said quietly "but I do have some good news and bad news when I crashed the locket hit a rock and broke.... the good news I'm 100% sure joe can fix it" She said smiling. She was always looking for an excuse to see joe. He was a son of Hephaestus and her best friend. He spent at least half his day working int he forge making and repairing weapons.
