Trinity looked from Alabaster to Taren as Taren started addressing her. She was being inquired on her reasons for being the way she was and in the mere moments it took Taren to ask her a question she flashed back on multiple memories she had. Her smiled remained and became slight bitter for a mere millisecond then went to a serene smile that one couldn't help being unnerved by instead of soothes like most smiles would do.

"Yes, it's true I pick up easily on others emotions whenever they feel them strongly, but that's nothing that I can't handle to a certain extent, but no that's not the reason I loathe cruelty." Her smile grew slightly as she looked down at her hands on her knee and she continued, 'but the reasons I have for being the way I am, and for disdaining cruelty, aside from the ordain, it's rude an people should be treated better no matter what reason, beyond the 'it's wrong to be cruel' reason most people would give. My reason for hating cruelty is that I have experienced a number of them myself, something most nobles and royals are able to say less and less in these times." she said, her face returned to its normal expression and her calming allure seemed to return to her.

"Simply put, my memories make me who I am and I have memories that make me hate it, I know how it feels and I don't wish that upon anyone deserving or not," she finished. She worried for a split second if she was being odd but then told herself that she is an odd person anyways so it wouldn't matter and dismissed the thought.

Taren chuckled at the reply, and went as far as to smile at the princess. "An admirable answer, lady Trinity." She said, before folding her hands in her lap. "I have too many times asked nobles what their reasons for telling me they either disliked, violence, murder, toruture, in your case cruelty... And then been answered with either lies or hypocritical words, only to find out that these people, who had the nerve to tell me lies, were murderers themselves." This she said, mainly for the sake of conversation. There was no reason to talk of trivial things when it was far more interesting to talk of what they were discussing at that moment.

"I would think that having experienced other than the sweet and easy life of a noble is a clear advantage. It would make you more relatable to the public, than if you had been an inexperienced girl." She remarked, only to realise that it was inapropriate to say in this company. "I'm sorry, please excuse me. I have been raised to think in politics, and I did not think before I said that." Taren then said, not really looking like she meant it at all.

Fredrick could not help smiling at the Cryxan princess's honesty. To her he says, "good at least you are being honest. These days that is a valuable commodity. Now in the spirit of building a trusting relationship you may ask me any question you desire, and I will do my best to answer it." Noticing the next guest to arrive is from Sylvan he gestures for her to be seated and asks her to introduce herself. Before heading to the widow he notices a shadowy figure disappearing down the hallway.

Anastrianna nodded, and sat up a little straighter in the chair, trying to be polite. "Well...I'm Anastrianna...but Anna will do fine. I know Anastrianna is a bit of a mouthful..." She trailed off. She didn't want to ramble, but being around so many others she didn't know...this was far from a comfortable situation for her. "...I'm not usually much for company around strangers...around people I don't know..." She paused, glancing around. Among strangers and talking, not her favorite situation. She thought about the conversation she had heard since she had been in the room, and wondered what else she should say. "...But I do like being able to take a walk outside, usually through forests...and I suppose...if I'm being honest...it's situations like this that scare me most...talking around strangers, especially about myself...but it would be harder if there were more people here...I don't know if there was anything else you wanted to know..." She trailed off again, glancing around at everyone before looking at her hands, in her lap, hoping she wouldn't have to talk much more, if at all.

Trinity listened politely as Anna started to tell everyone about herself. It was what she had expected her to say for the most part, just clarifying basics that she and Alabaster had done. Then Trinity actually gave a sort of "did you just say that to me" look as Fredrick said she could ask anything. She quickly replaced it with a soft laugh finding it funny. "I think I'll just go off what my instinct tells me and whatever the other princesses wish to ask," she paused and then said, "There is one question of character I have though, why summon all the princesses you could at once? It was an obvious ploy to save time I'm sure but if that's as far as you or your advisers think you may not want to have them be your strategists in times of war," she said trying to be light hearted when she said it but keeping enough of her usual tone to let them know she was serious.

"It's made many people, including these two princesses besides me uneasy, as future leader of your country you should think things through a little more. Causing unrest in nations such as my own is not something you want to do. So here's my true question: Do you have the ability to learn from your mistakes Fredrick?" she asked as she glanced over at him. She had made a few mistakes whenever she superseded the throne in her father's absences from the kingdom and knew she was able to learn from them, she needed to know he could o the same.

Alabaster's eyes moved to her lower right, a little afraid of making eye contact with Lady Trinity or Lady Taren. Both of whom were raised to think in politics. Alabaster was used as a pawn in her family, hence her need to make good first impressions, no matter how much she just wanted to leave. Her hands moved to her lap where she twiddled with her thumbs a little bit. She looked to Anastrianna, or Anna, and gave a small but noticable wave. New people scared the poor girl, and she saw no need to make the princess feel even more afraid. Truth was, many people here probably were afraid. She felt pity for Sebastian and his mouse as well, but bringing back the dead was something she didn't plan on practicing anytime soon.

"Welcome Anna." Alabaster said to the young girl before turning to Sebastian. "Would you like any help in burying him?" The mouse was so peaceful in death, but was much sweeter in life. That was something everyone knew, everyone dies, it's just a matter of when. She listened to Trinity, silently wondering the same thing. Why have them all at once? "Trinity does have a good point, Fredrick. What is the reason for having us all here, especially when your advisers could probably just use their political power to learn eveything about us and pass it on to you while you worked on strategies?" Ally knew something was fishy, but the question is what. But, hey, mum was the word with royalty, skeletons in the closet and such.

Anna glanced up, seeing the little wave. She gave a little smile, and listened as she agreed with the princess who spoke before her; why have all of us in the same place at once? She thought about it, realizing she never would have thought about it if no one else had said anything. Why indeed? But she didn't really think about it the same way the others seemed to; she was just curious. She had never really paid attention to anything her dad or brothers had done in running the castle back home, and they didn't drag her into it, either. Maybe she could figure out a few things by listening. She tried to pay attention, now, listening and trying to not get involved with the conversation.

"That would be appreciated." Sebastian said with a small smile and attempted to remove the rune from the mouses carcass. After taking the stone out of the mouse and observing it closely found that there was a small chip in the inscription which must have caused the rapid age growth. Sebastian pocketed the stone and picked the mouse up.

Fredrick gives Trinity a bitter smile. "I just the question I was expecting, about the reason you are here anyway," he says. Fredrick continues, "You are here because of the dynastic ambitions of our fathers. You are here because of the sick, twisted, plans of my father. But, you are in this castle because if I am to comply with his wishes then I will do so how I desire. As for your inquiry into my ability to learn from my mistakes. The answer is simple, if I could not I would already be dead. Now are there any other questions?"
