"The people and the friends that we have lost, or the dreams that have faded...never forget them."
Yuna is, in essence, a very sweet and compassionate girl. She comes across as very naive and self-sacrificial - she would gladly die for the good of others, and her complete and utter willingness to give all of herself is probably her greatest weakness. She is very trusting and, at least outwardly, eternally optimistic. She refuses to show a sad face to anyone, and it can put a great deal of strain on her, trying to be happy absolutely all the time. She is affectionate and playful, if a bit quiet, and a bit shy. She can be awkward, but she is full of hope and faith, and though she may not be the strongest of fighters, her trust in her aeons and her companions is complete and unyielding.

Yuna was the daughter of an Al-bhed woman and Summoner Braska, who would someday become High Summoner. She aspired to become what her father was - a Summoner and a White Mage, a healer and a hope for Spira. She succeeded, and at the age of seventeen began her pilgrimage alongside a troop of Guardians, one of whom claimed to be from the ruined city of Zanarkand before it was destroyed. She journeyed alongside these friends, collected her aeons, fell in love with Tidus, the boy from Zanarkand. Along the way, she found her faith in Yevon shaken, and eventually, destroyed by the corruption of the priesthood and the terrible truth of the end of a Summoner's mission. She and her companions vowed to rid the world of Sin, without the aid of the Final Aeon. That is the last thing that Yuna remembered - she fell asleep aboard the airship, and when she woke she was plumeting through the sky. Here, on Valhalla.
Her ultimatum was followed by four shots aimed perfectly between his eyes. Caius held out his hand and a sphere of grey burst outwards, stopping all time. Caius smiled, he was fond of using Etro's gifts to bring about her downfall. He walked casually around the bullets and jumped to the roof Lightning had just landed on. He glared at his nemesis as she was frozen. "Why can't you understand my pain?" She was helplessly frozen before him, but Caius couldn't attack without time resuming. Even if he could he would never resort to such underhanded tricks.CAIUS BALLAD! You're not welcome here. Leave!
