Introduction
Present-day. A boy named Hiro has recently enrolled to Waseda University. During his high school years, he hadn't had much luck with women. The one girlfriend he had was the school student council vice-president. But she only used him to make her ex jealous. Hiro only hopes that things will be better in college. But already on the first day, he is branded a pervert due to an incident that wasn't his fault. He will make new friends and meet old friends but something that sort of makes him a bit uncomfortable is a childhood friend who remembers a promise he made back when they were in elementary school. Now things are about to spin out of control and it might be equally the best and worst time of his life.

On a windy morning, a small earthquake woke Ai up from her slumber. Her alarm would have gone off within the next 20 minutes anyways. Ai got out of bed and then got ready for college. She put a beige, longsleeved blouse with a more open neckline that had a white frilled trim around the collar and the sleeve ends, a short deep red pleated skirt, black thigh highs and sneakers. She put on her necklace and tied a short black ribbon around her neck putting the knot in the back. She then put on a light blue zip-up hoodie and went out of her apartment.
Ai headed to the train station and waited for the metro towards the west of the city. From there it was about 25 minutes to Shinjuku and then another walk from there to the university. Once at the university, she quickly headed inside as the wind picked up again.

Sean would say that he had woken up at a good hour and would have said he had eaten breakfast like every other normal collage student. But alas, this would not be true. He had really been up all night, working on a model plane. A Kai-43. His only sense of time came from the watch on his wrist. It had beeped at his standard wake up time, around 7 am or so. He got up from his work table, let the Kai set on its stand, and went down stairs to eat some breakfast. What turned out to be said breakfast was a box of poky sticks and a soda. It would take him 45 mins to get to the campus and he had to buy a few things anyway.
There had not really been much thought put into what Hiro's actions thus far. It should be noted that Gasai Hiro was anything but a morning person, and even though he had went to bed earlier than usual to make sure today was a good day.... well, it really was not a good day. He had gotten out of bed, this much was assured. He couldn't figure exactly what order his routine went in, but he did get a shower, got dressed, and ate a light breakfast. Or maybe he ate breakfast, got dressed, then took a shower? No, that probably wasn't it, considering his clothes weren't soaked. Oh well, it really didn't matter.
The important thing is, is that Hiro had made it to the campus just as a gust a heavy wind warned him that he should head inside. He did, lazily. Hopefully he would make it to the classroom without any bad happenings. After all, he really didn't want to ruin his impression.

Ai noticed a guy who looked familiar to her enter the entrance hall. Could it be Hiro? A boy she hadn't seen since after primary school. The boy who made the promise to wed her when they were adults? Ai slowly but cautiously walked towards him. Her heart was racing. She wasn't used to walking up to people whose identity she wasn't sure of.
Suddenly she stood before him. "Umm. Sorry if I am bugging you. But might your name be Hiro, Gasai Hiro?" She asked in a sweet and slightly shakey voice. She was very nervous right now. She just hoped that it would be the right guy.

Gasai Hiro's eyes locked with a rather beautiful girl's own, as she asked him a strange question. She had asked him if his name was Gasai Hiro. But how did she know? Odd, he didn't remember....

Except that wasn't actually the case. He had forgotten quite some time ago, though definitely not intentionally. The young man raised his eyebrows as he looked at the girl. "Uh, yeah. That is me. Do we.... know each other?" he asked cautiously.

So it was him. Feelings bubbled up inside Ai. It was him! The boy from her past. The one that made the promise to marry her when they would become adults. Her feelings overcame her and she fell forward to hug him. "I finally found you! Don't you remember me? It's me, Konosaki Ai! And I haven't forgotten the promise you made when we were in primary school. The one when you promised to marry me when we are adults!" Ai said. He better remember because for her, he was the only person she wanted to be with and she wont just let him slip away.
This was a bit awkward, was it not? Hiro could not help feeling such as he was suddenly hugged by a girl he had yet to remember, but judging by what she had said, he should remember her. He kept a tense posture while being hugged, not embracing it but instead keeping his arms outwards. As he thought for a moment, he did indeed begin to recognize her and what she was saying, but that did little to help with how uncomfortable he felt.
"Now that you mention it... I think I do remember a bit." he said, feeling worse because it seemed people were staring at them. "It has been quite a while though, hasn't it? And you still remember such a thing? Hahah...."

"If you don't remember my name, it is Konosaki Ai." Ai said. When Hiro mentioned that he remembered a bit, Ai's hug became tighter. "There is so much I have to tell you about. Now we can stay together and follow our dream of marriage." For a bachelor the though of marriage just after such a brief reunion may seem terrifying, especially when a girl is hugging strong enough that it may make it difficult to breath.
Ai, oblivious to the embarassing circumstances for Hiro asked: "What's wrong? You don't seem so happy." For Ai she would want to make him happy and not let him get away. She would not want to lose him under any circumstances.

Perhaps more than one or two alarms went off immediately in Hiro's head, because his face betrayed his discomfort with the situation, to anybody who was paying attention.
"Ahah...." he tried to think of a way to get her off him without coming off as mean. "...Well, I mean it's just that classes are going to start soon so we should probably... get to them..."

Ai was feeling all warm and fuzzy inside because she finally found him and she would not let any other girl take him away, never. "Well I have Information technology and Artificial Intelligences as a major, because I like programming, PCs, robots and stuff, but mostly what has to do with programming. I got into it in my first year of high school, after I played a great game but was not that satisfied with the NPCs in game."

Hiro held in a sigh. Apparently shaking her off was not going to work. Not that he wanted to be mean or anything, but he wished to get used to the schoolgrounds as soon as possible.
"I majored in Biology" he answered. "Honestly I'm not sure what I'm aiming for. Biology and life sciences tended to be the easiest thing for me so I just went with that, but now that you say that, maybe I should've gone with something related to technology." he laughed. "Gaming is always fun after all."

Usually, when doing an RP in this setting, most people get pissed at me for doing a American character, thanks for not being pissed. Any who, my time is a bit rope-y, so my character is mainly for plot reasons, the voice of reason, who almost never speaks...Cya!

Hello! This does look pretty interesting. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to make a character that is Ai's little sister, and after realizing that her sister has an obsession over Hiro, tries to warn him? Or would that not fit the plot well? It's totally fine if it doesn't, I'll probably make a character anyways if it's ok...

While Hiro aint so trusty about girls because of a high school mishap, other girls could potentially have him. However, the main premise of the roleplay is about Hiro and his childhood friends who may become a problem for him if he doesn't give her enough attention. There can be other male characters too.

I was wondering if you could give a little more insight on this roleplay. It sounds fun but I was wondering if it's a romance role play where Hiro is the main guy. And are all the other characters girls who could have a possible relationship with Hiro? Or can there be other guys who are friends with him or what?
