Upon opening your mail one morning, you find this fancy letter among the normal everyday letters. As you read a bit of suspicion hits you, since you never really signed up to even try and win such a thing as a cruise. You shake you head and toss the letter on the table, playing it off as some kind of spam mail. But as a day or two passes you look it over and call the number on the back confirming that you will attend the cruise. What could it hurt, right? So now all you have to do is pack and enjoy the sun.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 6 authors
Finally, just get dressed and her manager would give her some breakfast and take her to the dock. She smiled at the thought and threw on her black and aqua bikini with a oversized crème colored sweater over it, and some gladiator sandals. She heads down stairs and grabs her phone from its charger as her manager presents a to go bowl of fruit salad and a smoothie. "Thank You, Shawn!" She smiled and took the food going out to her managers car.
He climbs in the car and buckles up before driving off towards his mothers house. He was lucky that he had found a apartment so close to his mothers and so far it has been undetected by paparazzi. He hummed along with the radio and before long pulled into his mothers drive way, climbing out and taking Reza with him. He knocked gently on the door and smiled as his mother answered. "Hey Sweetie!" She said happily as she gave him a hug. " Hi mom." He smiled and hugged back. " Well...I just came to bring Reza over, I really need to get to the dock." His mother nodded and took the cat carrier and pushed him back towards his car. " Well then go, Dear. Ill see you when you get back~!" She laughed softly and he nodded going back to his car and driving off to the direction of the dock.
Ever since he was a child, Travis had loved music. The normally cold and distant boy had easily opened up to it, and would even go as far to say that it made him happy. Though that might have been overdoing it- few things could make such a person happy. It would be like saying he disliked preppy girls- in reality, he really wished they would completely be eradicated from the Earth. Oh, the power of words. Perhaps another one of the things that he liked about songs, he could express himself without actually having to express himself. His music could be about anyone, it could just be nonsense he made up in his head. Or it could be him that he was talking about- or at least that he had other people singing about.
Travis actually did little singing himself. Mostly he was just in charge of making the music; the drums, the guitars, keyboard. He could do everything in a song, and could probably even find a way to do the singing too. Still, he liked using actual peoples voices in It was a fairly simple business on the outside, just buy the track and lyrics and all you had to do was include his name in the credits. On the inside though, it was pretty complicated stuff. But that was for him to worry about, no one else. That was another one of his flaws- he had a lot -, he liked to work alone and wasn't the greatest at accepting help.
Two cans of Monster and fourteen wasted papers later, he realized it was time to go. Grabbing his things, and another Monster, he left the house and took the steps two at a time, quickly reaching his '05 green and white Camaro. A few minutes later he pulled up at the dock, only getting there so fast because speed limits were optional in his world.
Felicity slipped off into deep thought, thinking about how much more her undivided attention for the training would be and how long it would last, before being pulled out of the trance abruptly. The limousine had pulled to a smooth stop, and inhaling deeply, the petite girl could smell the salty air. Wasting no time for her butler, Felicity opens the door, blinking rapidly at the bright sunlight that was assaulting her hazel eyes.

"Madam" Charles tried, "Madam, you will be late if you do not hurry." he was frantically loading the car which had just been pulled around with her trunk. "Madam, please forgive my saying so, but do you really need all of this for a cruise?" He flinched because he knew this would surely rouse Christine Lee Eubanks. There was silence however, and this frightened him more. "Madam Christine?"he called.
"She's already gone Charles. How did you not notice. The damsel has left her tower and awaits her breakfast in her practice room. She will be leaving soon you know. Martha smiled.
"Quite right. . ." Charles hurried to finish the loading of her luggage, and then prepared her breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, and nuts. He took it to the practice room where she was sitting quietly beside the piano looking at it deep in thought, which seemed odd for the illustrious blond. "Madam, is everything alright?"
"Pleasantly so my dear Charles. Just thinking of the trip and how it sounds very dramatic. According to the pictures, the place is very nice. Worthy of those going, but something does not feel right. You know I have never been one for boats. To many tragedies about them. . ." she continued her deep thought as she started eating grapes and strawberry slices. "Maybe I shouldn't go! panic was filling her over-dramatic face.
Oh boy he thought "Oh but Madam must go on the cruise. It will bring her such good pleasure to be out and about among other people who could adore her." he said stopping at nothing.
"Oh nobody would have time to adore me," she said pushing the trey across the table. "Why would they anyway? Opera is a dying art here in the states.
"Then perhaps Madam could use this as a chance to reflect on her career, and look for the future. Or perhaps she could come up with her own opera that all would adore her for! My Madam, it is now time to go. . . If you are still going that is. . ."
She quietly picked up her trey of food and headed for the door. With one last glance around the practice room she caught sight of her brother's picture.

"Excuse me," the eighteen year old said. The woman behind the counter ignored Alice and continued what she was doing. Alice couldn't see what was keeping the woman so busy, but she didn't care. Nine times had Ms. Quinn said 'excuse me' to no avail. No one stopped to look at her, let alone help her. All she needed to do was pay her check at the counter! Oh, how she hated diners like this. Everyone was always moving and the noise level was abnormally high, which irritated her more than it should have. Maybe if someone would stop to help her she would be her happy, energetic self.
On the wall in front of her, the vintage clock read 8:30 A.M. on the dot. With a half hour to get to the dock that was twenty minutes away, Alice cleared her throat and raised her voice, finally fed up with being ignored.
"HEY BLONDIE. EXCUSE ME. YEAH, YOU. I'VE BEEN WAITING HER FOR TEN MINUTES TO PAY MY CHECK. NOW I'M LATE TO WHERE I HAVE TO GO. IF YOU DON'T MIND, YOU CAN TAKE THIS CHECK AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR--" before she could finish what she had to say, the doorbell to the entrance chimed, and her driver walked in. Trevor, a mid-thirty year old Caucasian male, walked in and cleared his throat. Every eye in the diner wandered from Alice to Trevor, and then back to Alice.
Trevor stepped forward, hands behind his back, and smiled politely. "Ms., if we do not go now, we will be late." As he spoke, his kind smile never faltered. His black suit was clean, like always, and his normally blue eyes appeared grey due to the lighting of the room.
When Alice turned her head to look at the women she had just hollered at, the women broke out into a simper, even though her eyes showed fear. Turning back to her driver, Alice Quinn smiled apologetically and nodded her head. Her tiny 5'4" frame walked awkwardly out of the building. Trevor opened up the door of the limousine and let Alice get in. When she was situated, she sighed. The door to the driver's side opened and Trevor got in. "How was it, Ms.?" The engine came to life and they took off down the road, heading for the dock.
Frowning to herself, she shrugged her shoulders, then spoke since he couldn't see her action. "It was okay. Good food and no one paid any attention to me, until...well...yeah.... I'm sure you heard me from outside. I didn't mean to yell at her, but I said excuse me ten times. Ten times and nothing! No one even glanced in my direction. How rude."
Trevor chuckled like always and shook his head. "You have to remember to be calm." They took a left, a right, went straight, and then another left. Alice put her head back against the smooth, black leather and exhaled.
"But it's difficult to be when others purposely ignore you," she responded. Of course, the workers hadn't purposely done it. They had just been too busy to hear the girl.
Trevor said nothing the rest of the way. Alice watched out the window while they drove to their destination. When they reached the dock her heart soared. Alice had to admit she had never been on a cruise before. It was her first time and she couldn't even imagine what sort of adventure she would experience. Maybe she would make a friend or two. She had never been the popular type, but it never really mattered to her in school. Being by herself most of the time was better than being spoken to, just to get talked about later.

As the car pulled around the town she thought about her brother Why did you do it big brother? Why did you let them make you so angry that you fought them? Over me and this voice. . . This damn voice. . . she sighed as she looked out the window at the town they were pulling through. She had finished the breakfast that Charles had made her, and she wondered what kind of food would be on the cruise.
"Madam, are there any stops you wish me to make before your trip?" Charles paused, "Anyone you wish to see?"
She did not respond right away, but then she saw the sign to the next town and sighed again. "Make the stop please, flowers first. . ."
Nitta Yumma, the town where her brother had been added to the family cemetery. Home to one of the best flower shops she had ever been to. When the car stopped across the street from the crowded flower shop she looked out the window and thought about it. If I do not get the flowers now, I can always visit when I return. I will only be gone for a week after all. . .
"Madam?" Charles blinked at her, "Is everything alright?" He was holding the door open for her.
She nodded stepping from the car with her red velvet clutch that matched the red velvet shoes she always wore with this dress. It had recently rained in Nitta Yumma so she hiked the bottom of her dress up as to keep it from getting wet and went into the small shop. The owners were working frantically to fill the standing orders.
"I'll be right with you miss!" came a voice from the back of the shop. When the short woman came from the back of the store she was wiping her hands on an apron and looking a bit worn for this early in the morning. "Oh, Madam Christine!"
"Oh Deb," she smiled and embraced the woman. "I am here to visit my family briefly. If you get a minute, do you think you could do the usual?" She asked softly looking about doubting the woman would get the time.
"I am a bit busy. Would it be alright if I delivered them later?" Deb asked looking down.
Christine nodded and handed the woman the money she knew it would cost for the flowers before leaving. When she got back in the car Charles drove off. "Skip the cemetery please. . ." she called to Charles who looked back at her in the rear view mirror and followed her order. By the time they pulled up to the dock Charles had Christine calmed with the soothing sounds of her favorite composers. She looked up at the ship as she got out of the car. Charles was collecting her trunk and other bags when she spotted the young woman with blue hair getting out of a limousine, and she smiled. This trip will be alright. . . Such young blood on board, what could possibly happen to a girl with so much life in her?"
"This way Madam, please." Charles was leading her to the ship which she saw with terror-filled awe. She followed him putting on her best stage smile possible.

Tracy sighed, turning away from the bay windows and picking up her suitcase. 'I'll be home soon Papa. I may even bring a girl home.' She laughed a little, trying to push the empty feeling away. There was no one to say goodbye to. She'd sent most of the staff home for the week, and those that remained were busy with chores or something she imagined. So she locked the large oak doors herself and then got into the taxi that idled out the front, not looking back as they drove off.
The ship was massive, which didn't surprise her at all when she thought about it. Only the best for the world's leading celebrities, she thought a little bitterly and then scolded herself. She should enjoy this trip. It was about time she took a break. Her restaurant had been busy to the point that she'd had to bring in another chef to take her place so she could go on the cruise. Then she wondered if maybe she ought to seek out the kitchens on the cruise, see if they needed a hand. Once again she caught herself before she could act on it. 'You're here to relax. No working.' She reminded herself and paid the cab driver, getting out of the car with her luggage.
