Giglio's Story

"Do you know what the explosion was Peo?" asked Plusle sweetly.

Peony was about to reply when she heard leather wings flapping and claws running. She darted up and away from everyone just as two bodies rushed at her. She brought her sword up and blocked the shadowed figures before knocking them back onto the ground in front of her. "Ha! Try again, boys! You're too slow again later!" Both got up and brushed the dirt off.

"What!? I thought we got her chigi! This sucks!" A feminine looking boy frowned and complained while another started laughing.

"Oya, oya! Sis, you're awesome! It's so coll how you heard us!" The red head grinned at her while she rolled her eyes.

"Hey! Don't encourage that! We're the older brothers chigi! We have to be better!" The fem-boy called out, swinging his scythes around in anger. The red head stopped him before they could harm anyone

"Everyone, these two morons are my twin brothers, Azucena and Giglio. Say hi, dumb and dumber." she gestured to the boys, who where looking at her like she was crazy, which she kinda was.

"Sis! Who are all these people? Did you find another caravan?" Azucena said, digging his claws into the dirt. She scoffed and wrapped her wings around her in a cloak like fashion, bells chiming.

"Are you gonna say hi or what?" Both boys scoffed before waving at the other pokepeople. She grinned. "Good boys!"

Plusle and Minun watched the swordfight with increasing interest. Minun jumped up and down excitedly, "Plusle and me are twins too!"
Azucena asked if they had found another caravan. Plusle shook her head, "No we all live in Claris Town." She pointed towards the direction of the town. A house could just be seen through the network of foliage. Plusle and Minun were both very excited at meeting so many new people.
"Who wants to come to our house and bake a pie?" asked Minun suddenly. Plusle frowned, "Minun we can't just invite a bunch of random people into our home. Pacharisu will be upset."
"Pacharisu won't mind as long we save some pie for him," smiled Minun.

"Who wants to come to our house and bake a pie?"

Peony ruffled Minun's hair, smiling. "We'd love to. Actually, I think all three of us need a good meal to talk patrols over." The boys groaned.

"Patrols chigi!? But we just finished our rounds!" Giglio replied, pouting and complaining. Azucena merely mock-sighed and set a hand on his shoulder.

"Dear brother... She's found her calling as a slave driver..." he joked, Peony frowning at them. The jokes her brother told weren't all that amusing.

"Look, you two. Excuse me for wanting to do something." she bit out, turning away from them and towards the twins. "Count us in..." she smiled at them before two people dragged her away by her arms to a tree.

"Look sis, we're glad you found something permanent worth protecting but the three of us cover so little ground that it's hard..." Azucena told his younger sister who sighed.

"Sorry guys... You two know I'm still hung up on that other little town... I should have been faster..." She muttered before looking back at the gather pokepeople. "We'll protect them..."

(OOC: Lloyd99 - Yeah, legendaries are pretty much gods or immortals. Some people believe in them and pray to them but others don't believe they exist. They all do exist of course but the characters don't know that ;) Also Reaper... lol)
Plusle & Minun
It was decided then the twins would be taking back Peo and her brothers back home for pie. Haunter decided not to come which was a shame. Just as Minun was about to lead the way back home Luxray fell out the tree and landed right in front of him.
"MOTHER FUCKING SON OF A BITCH! FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT! MOTHER OF ARCEUS THAT FUCKING HURT!" Luxray shouted. Minun automatically put his hands over his ears to try and protect his innocence from the barrage of cuss words. Plusle frowned and let off a thunderbolt that shocked Luxray and made his hair stand on end. It wouldn't have hurt much what with Luxray being an electric type anyway.
"Stop saying those bad words," she scolded. "Right come on then those who want Pecha pie. But if your going to say those bad words you can't have any," she said to Luxray. Plusle turned around and started to march off back home. Minun looked down at Luxray and cocked his head, "Is your ankle ok?"

Riolu & Kilia
Riolu wasn't looking where he was going and walked straight into Kirlia.
"Watch where you're going dumbass," she hissed. Riolu narrowed his eyes, "I'm sorry did I mess up your hair?" Kirlia glowered she'd only just had her shower and fixed her hair and makeup. She was thankful that she hadn't bumped into Riolu just after her long walk from the mountains, that would have been embarassing.
"How about you run along and go back to blowing yourself up yeah," she growled. This struck a nerve with Riolu, he hated when people made fun of his crappy aura sphere.
"Ugh, if you weren't a psychic type I would totally kick your ass right now!" Riolu said angrily.
"Ha as if!" laughed Kirlia. She waved her hand and sent Riolu sprawling on the ground. "Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of." Kirlia turned around and resumed her search for Xatu feeling slightly better now that she go to let off some steam. A sudden blow to the back sent her reeling. Riolu was standing behind her a fierce glare fixed on his face.
"Fuck it. I can still destroy you even if you are a psychic type." Kirlia rubbed her back which was throbbing like a bitch. A sneer crossed her face, "Bring it on douchebag."
Riolu knew he couldn't trust his aura sphere so he went in for a force palm instead. His hand began to glow with a blue light and he thrust it towards Kirlia a large blast of blue shot at her like a gunshot. Kirlia mumbled under her breath and easily deflected the attack with protect. She teleported behind Riolu and unleashed a blast of psybeam. Riolu was instantly knocked to the ground. He gritted his teeth and rose shakily to his feet. He ran at Kirlia who used confusion but Riolu used reversal and confusion completely missed as he dissapated into thin air. Riolu suddenly appeared behind Kirlia and slid towards her knocking her off her feet. The two toussled on the floor sending punches and kicks all over the place. They were pretty evenly matched even though Kirlia was a psychic type due to Riolu's intense training. Kirlia rarely practised fighting and was a little rusty.
The two were interrupted by the appearance of Xatu and Zubat. Thankfully they didn't notice Riolu's and Kirlia's scuffle. Riolu and Kirlia stood up and dusted themselves off sending deathglares at each other.
"Excuse me I have some business to attend to," said Riolu snootily.
"Wait with Xatu? I have to talk to him too," said Kirlia.
"Well you'll just have to wait your turn," said Riolu running towards Xatu.

"Xatu something's up with my aura and I can sense..."
"Xatu I'm sorry about earlier. What did you mean with..."
Kirlia and Riolu tried to shout over each other resulting in just a massive loud of non-understandable noise.

"MOTHER FUCKING SON OF A BITCH! FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT! MOTHER OF ARCEUS THAT FUCKING HURT!"

Peony was instantly at the Luxray's side, knocking his hands away and looking over the injured joint. She'd been through worse than this little wound. She felt the sparks over her skin, causing it to twitch but she kept at it. "Not broken, swollen... Just needs rest" she muttered, Azucena looked a bit smug white Giglio looked angry. She looked the Luxray in the eye. "Stay off it. Don't walk on it or you'll break it." She gently removed his shoe and reached into her bag. Pulling out two small jars and a roll of gauze. Smoothing the first, a simple healing salve, over the wound before adding the other, something to dull pain and wrapping it in a thin layer of gauze. Setting an Oran berry beside the kid, she nodded. "Eat that, it'll help a lot."

"Is your ankle ok?"

Azucena grinned. "If our sis did something, it will." Giglio merely nodded before adding his two cents.

"Sis was born healing others, shame she wasn't psychic, she'd just learn a whole bunch of different moves to do it..." he muttered before he was elbowed in the gut by Azucena, who shook his head.

Peony smiled at the Luxray, embarrassed. "I did what any trained healer would... It's nothing..." she stood up and rubs the back of her head. "I would ask you if you needed help, but you're like me," she whispered to the shorter pokeperson, "I hate when my brothers dote on me..." she winked at him and turned to her brothers, who were whistling innocently. "If you two wanna eavesdrop, make sure that the other party can't tell." she walked over to another tree while her brothers followed Plusle. Once out of hearing distance, the two began talking.

"I guess Peo didn't want pie..." Azucena muttered almost sadly. Giglio snorted.

"She wants to keep that silly electric type stays off that ankle." he snapped. Azucena merely chuckled and nodded.

"Silly sister..."

Plusle & Minun
Minun smiled as Peo helped fix up Luxray's ankle. He took a quick glance behind him and watched as Plusle led Giglio and Azucena home.
"I'm glad you're ok. I'll see you guys later," he gave a quick wave and scampered off after the other three. It didn't take long for the group to reach Plusle and Minun's house. It was a warm yellow colour with tons of flowers in the front garden. Cute pink shutters were attached to every window. Minun ran up to the front door and flung it open.
"Welcome to our house," cried Minun happily. "I can't wait to make pie." They went into the kitchen. It was rather hi tech and modern looking compared to the cutesy exterior of the house. Plusle planted the basket of berries on the marble top island in the middle of the room and began to heat up the oven.
"Do you want anything to drink?" asked Minun politely.

Peony merely snapped a good sized branch off the tree and taking her sword against it to get all the little annoying ones off. She threw it against Luxray's branch, by his arm and yawned. "Just accept my help this once, kay? I'll keep it a secret..." she fluttered her wings, the bells jingling before she jumped back into the tree. She hummed softly as she began snacking on the berries in the trees. They were nice and sweet and oh so yummy to the near starving Flying type. She eat her fill before leaning against the tree trunk.

Azucena and Giglio were in awe at the house. It was nothing like the two mountain living birds had ever seen. Azucena looked at the little guy and ruffled his hair. "I'd love some water and Giglio likes juice." he told them before sitting at a chair. Giglio did the same and looked at his brother.

"Thanks... These kids... Think they'll let us crash here?"

"Doubt it, little bro. Besides the forest has been kind to us..."

Kirlia
"Yeah eventful seems an appropriate choice of words," Kirlia sighed. "Its been pretty hectic. First off I had to travel alfway up a mountain to go see Xatu for a lesson then he has some weird vision about something or other and then he says he doesn't have time to teach me. Plus then he got all stressy because I wouldn't teleport the two of us back to town. Then I ran into that stupid Riolu kid and now this. My hair can't take all this stress." Kirlia ran her hands worridly through her green locks.
The automatic doors of the pokemart slid smoothly apart and the three girls stepped inside. It was cool and air conditioned inside which was a nice change to the humidity outside.
"Ooo!" Kirlia squealed. "They have the latest edition of pokezine." Kirlia excitedly skimmed through the pages competely forgetting the task at hand.
"That Charizard is so hot!" she giggled.

Riolu
"Where the hell are they?" Riolu muttered. Abner took out his medical kit, Riolu nodded. It wouldn't help but at least Abner used his common sense.
"So what's the toughest fight you've ever been in?" Riolu asked. He'd never fought in the arena not because he was afraid of getting beaten but because he was afraid people would mock his poor fighting skills. Riolu was actually a good fighter but he didn't have too much confidence in himself especially after the exploding bush fiasco.

Plusle & Minun
"Juice and water it is then," Minun grinned. He zipped around the kitchen grabbing glasses filling one up at the tap before zooming to the fridge and pouring out some oran juice.
"Here you go!" Minun said with a smile. Minun loved to be helpful and he liked to do it as fast as possible. If it wasn't for Plusle to slow him down Minun probably would have died from exhaustion ages ago. Plusle started to prepare the base of the pie humming as she did so.
"So what are you guys doing here?" asked Minun curiously. The twins knew the brothers and Peo were here to protect the townsfolk. They had mentioned it earlier in conversation but the twins had no idea what they needed protection against.

Azucena looked at Giglio, who nodded before taking a couple swigs of his juice. "Well, we're here cause of the outbreaks of evil Pokemon... There's been alot going on around the outskirts of the town..." Giglio picked up where his twin trailed off.

"We keep them back and out of the forests. It's hard but kinda sorta rewarding..." Giglio smiled here before sobering up. Azucena merely kept drinking his water.

Peony watched from the corner of her eye and smiled slightly. He was so much like her yet so different. Though they both had a habit of falling off branches. That had Peony's shoulders shaking with silent laughter. She shook her head and stood up. Stubborn Electric type... "Thanks, Luxray... See ya in town!" and with that she flew off towards her brothers and the twins. She landed and knocked on the door.

Plusle and Minun
There was a knock at the door and Minun flew to answer it. Plusle stayed in the kitchen and finished making the pie.
"Why are there so many bad pokemon now?" she asked curiously. She had asked her parents about it before but they had refused to answer instead choosing to distract her with toys and ice-cream.

"Hi Peo!" Minun grinned. His grin suddenly vanished as he heard some beautiful music. It sounded like a woman's voice and it was so pretty.
"Do you hear the singing? It's so beautiful!" Minun said in awe.

"Why are there so many bad pokemon now?"

"Well, let's wait for Peo before we answer that, kay?" Azucena smiled at the girl. Giglio looked at the door as it knocked.

"Hi Peo!"

"Hi, kiddo!" Peony ruffled his hair when she heard the singing.

"Do you hear the singing? It's so beautiful!"

"Yeah... Come let's get inside..." she walked in and heard Minun follow.

"Ah, look Peony's here. Come sit. Do you want a drink..?" Azucena patted the seat and watched Peony sit.

"I'm fine for now, what were you talking about?" She asked, her wings shifting to make her sitting more comfortable.

Peony pointed to the water. "I'd like water, thank you..." she looked at her brothers and sighed. "Well, the bad Pokemon are mostly from this mysterious Darkrai... We're not really sure what he wants with this little town or what... Then there are the bandits and thieves but they're never a problem..."

Azucena took over here. "The Darkrai that these Pokemon speak of sounds like a very mean person so we try to keep him out as much as we can..."

"But there's only three of us and we have a lot a ground to cover... It's hard..." Giglio finished his juice and sighed, running his hand through his hair.

Kirlia and Riolu
"I'll have you know I take my social life very seriously," Kirlia shouted after the quickly shrinking figure of Abner. "Ugh what a douchebag! And he winked at you Goldeen! What is his problem?" She started folllowing Abner back to the dojo.
"You guys coming?" she asked Zubat and Goldeen.
Riolu gave a gasp of relief as Abner stumbled in through the door revive in hand.
"Nice job," said Riolu. It did not take long for Xatu to wake up and when he did he said a bunch of apparent gibberish, "" Siarkrad ymra si gnivom resolc!"
"You're in the dojo don't worry you've been out for about an hour. Did you just say Darkrai's army is moving closer backwards?" Riolu asked worridly.

Plusle & Minun
"That sounds bad," said Plusle nervously. "Everyone has seemed a little jumpy of late is that why?" Minun continued eating unmoved by the turn of conversation. Plusle jumped out of her seat and looked worridly out of the window towards the horizon.
"Are we in danger?" she said, fear clear in her voice.

Plusle & Minun
Plusle nodded as Peo explained they were safe. She felt reassured after that and went to finish her pie. Minun had finished his huge piece of pie and dropped the dish in the sink just as he was about to start washing it he noticed a commotion outside the window. Something was going on at the dojo and several familiar pokepeople were standing outside.
"Hey guys!" said Minun excitedly. "There's something going on outside we should check it out!"
"Minun we're trying to enjoy some pie! Some of us like to savour the flavour of our food," said Plusle, a slight tinge of annoyance to her voice. Minun hung his head dejectedly and stared down at the floor. He shuffled over to Peo and brought up his head unleashing his move charm. It was a useful move that Minun had practiced to perfection when he used it at the same time as Plusle there was no-one who could resist. Though even on his own the Minun's move was pretty potent. His eyes were huge and shining on the brink of tears. His mouth was quivering as though he might break down at any second. Little hearts and flowers appeared out of nowhere and shimmered in the air around his head.
"Peo can we go and see what's going on please!" said Minun as sadly and cutely as humanly possible. Pusle rolled her eyes, she'd be very surprised if Peo managed to resist Minun's charm. It worked on practically everyone except for Plusle of course.

Peony laughed at the display of cuteness and ruffled his hair. She had learned that if you smile with your eyes closed, it doesn't effect you because you don't see it. "Why don't we finish the really good pie and then we can go. That way the pie isn't wasted and we can still leave!" Azucena had finished his slice and Giglio was cleaning off the last bites. She quickly polished off her own and took the plates to the sink.

"Peo! I'm impressed, you fought of Charm like that." Peony laughed at her older brother.

"It's all about sight, really. Though, I almost caved, I remembered that if I don't see it, I'm not affected. Now, shall we go see what all that's about?" she pointed at the window.

Plusle & Minun and Kirlia
Plusle laughed, she was very impressed at Peo. The women were always the first to crumble but Peo was made of sterner stuff. Minun looked a bit annoyed and sulked in the doorway of the kitchen as he waited for everyone to finish. As soon as he was done he scurried out the door and headed to the dojo.
"Wait for me Minun!" Plusle yelled. By the time she caught up he was talking to Kirlia, Zubat and Goldeen. He seemed to pay specific attention to Goldeen.
Haha he's got a crush! Plusle thought.
"What's going on?" Minun asked excitedly sparks flying from his fur. Kirlia frowned down at him. She wasn't keen on little children, they were unpredictable, erratic and unhumanly cheerful. The problem was she couldn't bully them like she could people her own age or older, that'd just be wrong.
"Something about an evil army or something," she said with barely concealed disdain. "We're going to see Xatu he's got all the know how apparently."
Plusle and Minun chimed in together, "We want to come too!" Kirlia grimaced, children who spoke in unison were creepy.
"Sure come on whatever, I don't really care either way," she mumbed.

Primape started sprinting once he knew they were coming. "We can talk, later! Right now, We gotta get moving!"

Peony followed the twins, her own behind her. They watched with amused eyes as Plusle and Minun annoyed a Kirlia. Peony ruffled their heads and grinned down at them. "If you two are coming, we'll tag along. The more the merrier, right?" The twins nodded behind her, wearing identical smirks.
