Kyoya just stared as Mara mentioned staying at a teacher's house. ".....Seriously? A teacher? Jeez, Mara, you can set your sights a little higher than that, can't you?" He joked. "Beside's you're the dumb one for losing your mp3, so-" Kyoya was cut off as Naomi was suddenly in his lap. "Naomi!" He gasped, shocked at the sight of her tears. "Help...please...Akio...in...trouble." He heard her sob. Calmly, Kyoya gently grabbed her shoulders and pushed her back so that he could see her eye-to-eye. "Naomi." He called, trying to get her attention. "Calm down, right now." His voice was oddly stern, almost cold even. "I need you to stop crying. Naomi, stop crying, I need you to tell me where he is." Watching her cry, he got a troubled look on his face. Then, suddenly as if he couldn't stop himself, he pulled her into his arms. He stroked her hair lightly, trying to calm her down. "It's okay." He said in a much more warmer tone than before. "Please, stop crying."

"SHIITT!!"

He jumped, shocked as he heard Akio's outburst. He gently pulled Naomi away from him, angling her so that she took his spot as he got up. "Mara," He said distantly, "Look after Naomi." He looked at them both, a determined look in his beautiful green eyes. "Naomi, you once told me that you were familiar with severe wounds. I'm going to bring Akio to your house, so I need you to pull yourself together. I want you both to go there now and wait for us." He turned away, his face oddly dark, "We won't be long. Be ready to treat him as soon as we arrive. Be careful." With that, he ran off. He followed where the sound of the scream came from, and sure enough he found Akio trying to stand by the fountain.

"Akio!" Kyoya called out, concerned. Kyoya ran over to him and helped support him up. "Dammit man, when I said you could sleep at my place, I meant it! Why didn't you take me up on my offer instead of getting yourself in trouble, dumbass?" Kyoya didn't really mean his insult; he simply tended to insult people when he was worried about them. "How did your stupid ass get hurt so bad anyway? Dammit, Akio, you're so unreliable!" Kyoya gently set him on the ground, panting. His wound opened up again, the blood seeping out and making his black shirt turn red at his stomach. I can't carry him like this, but I can't leave him here. I have to get him to Naomi's house. Ah jeez, how do I get myself in these situations, anyway?!? Kyoya helped postition Akio to where his back was resting against the fountain. Kyoya looked him in the eyes, hoping he was still concious enough to listen. "Listen man. I'm going to need you to stay completely still, just for a little while. Don't be afraid of what you see, and when I bark at you I need you to get on my back and hold on for your life." Kyoya knew what he said sounded wierd, but now was not the time to question it.
Kyoya stood up and backed away, far enough that there was a good distance between them. Then, he began. First, his chest transformed, the fur spreading all throughout his body. Soon enough, like a ripple through a pond, his whole body transformed into that of a flame fox. The pain was unimaginable. Each and every cell of his body seemed to be on fire, as if millions white-hot needles were being stabbed into him. Kyoya ignored the pain, angling himself in Akio's lap so that it would be very easy for him to get on without touching his tail, the end of which was completely made of fire. Kyoya barked, signaling Akio to get on.

Akio was barely conscious enough to hear or even see Kyoya. He did hear dumb-ass though. "Oh shut it..." He managed to say his eyes half closed. When he mentioned barking and hopping on his back, Akio managed to raise an eyebrow. "ok." He said still barely conscious. He couldn't see Kyoya transform in his state but managed to hear the bark. Akio struggled to get up and plant himself on Kyoya's back, not noticing the difference that had taken place. He passed out soon after.

Naomi stopped crying as soon as Kyoya embraced her, and when he told her to get everything at the apartment. She got up off the ground, "Come on Mara hurry", she said. She started to run to her apartment, everything was going in a blur before she knew it she was at her door. She burst into the apartment and ran to the bathroom pulling out the first aide kit that she had given Kyoya the night before. "Hurry up Kyoya" she said to herself.

Angie kicked a can on the street, she had had fun at the hotel with oran but decided to leave thinking she would be a problem to him. As she did she wondered what would she would do today, wondered where she would wonder too, hell who could she bump into?
Sighing she tilted her head to look up at the sky as she trailed along on her path.
