In the town of Flannagan, there is an orphanage called the Sheina Cottage Foster Home. It is a small orphanage with room for twenty orphans. Good things are often heard of that place and its mistress such as that the children there can get a good education and that they have a loving person to raise them. But whoever lives there has the feeling that the place is haunted and there are occasional screams from the basement. The everfriendly mistress seems to ignore them and act as if they were non-existant. Even odder is that she seems to be hiding something. Might the mistress be a danger to the children or might it just be odd occurances?

Sheinea Cottage: The Sheinea Cottage is less a cottage and more of a mansion. The place is run by Miss Sheinea, a pretty young woman who is constantly joyful and caring. It features a large garden, a game room (as in board games, pool table and cards), a large dining room and rooms with two beds each. The orphans are to regard each other like brothers and sisters. The children go to school either in the Flannagan primary school or to the Flannagan private academy (uniformed).
