Introduction
"What was so important you had to wake me up so early?"
Two men were walking down a narrow passage, both powerful members of the community in Imperial City, and one of them an archeologist.
"We found a tomb hidden in the tower in Imperial City. The son of the Emperor, the one that was 12 I think, found it really".
"And, he accidentally destroyed a wall that opened a tomb? How?"
"Actually, we now believe he hit a switch that purposefully broke the wall."
"Oh, well, what is this artifact you found?"
"Well, in the tomb, we found a sort of stone coffin. Now, we are almost positive its not a vampire in it, but we cant crack the coffin either. There is all sorts of writings and locks on it..."
The Two men entered the Tomb, and in the large room a stone coffin was place. The archeologist went over and began examining it, then looking puzzled at the man.
"This is........impossible. This tomb is magically sealed by so much different magic. It even was sealed through use of the Dragon Language. Altmer Magic, Akaviri Magic, Dwemer Puzzle Locks...the magic I can take down here, but we need to take this to Markarth where our Dwemer experts are.....unless you want to risk breaking it open and damaging the valuables inside......"
The first man thought for a moment, and then noted "Unseal the magic, and then get it ready for transport to Markarth. We are moving it as soon as possible...."
Imperial City: Sun's height (Equivalent of July in North Hemisphere), 14th, Middas 12:24 PM
A mage and the Archeologist were walking down a hallway in the new Mages Guild, rebuilt after The Great War.
"We finally got the enchantments off, but we lost about half of our mages doing so. The spells were magically booby-trapped. We need some more men to do this..."
"But sir, how will we be able to trust the people they are hiring. I know they are getting paid a lot, but still...."
"Relax, these people are getting paid 2500 gold at the beginning, and another 7500 at the end. That should be enough for anyone who isn't so honorable."
"Fine. At least we will have some mages there anyways".
"Well, we wait 3 more days to hire who comes, then begin the trip".
The RP will start one day into the trip. The route from Imperial City to Markarth will go through Bruma, The Pale Pass, by the town of Helgen, through Falkreath, and then Markarth. With a large amount of wilderness in between.
The trip will not be easy. It will not be quiet.
SO get ready for a fight.....
Oh, and expect surprises at every turn.....

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 4 authors
Vestra was woken up when the carriage rocked. They will still on the trail to Bruma. Well, past Bruma really. He then noticed that they were no longer moving. He got out, and looked at the wheel. "One of the wheels is broken. I think we have supplies somewhere in the front wagon...." The convoy was made of 3 wagons, as well as whatever horses the mercenaries and mages had. There were about 4 battlemages with them, because the Mages Guild wasn't exactly the most happy with this, and this was a big investment for them.
Vestra then noted "Keep an eye out, im going to take a look around, make sure everything is clear and good. He began climbing a hill, looking at the surrounding area. It seemed clear, but he decided to look a bit longer. Both the skies and the land was clear. Vestra began walking back, only then he heard an arrow wizz by his head. He looked over, and several Bandits were there. they must have been hiding behind the tress, waiting to strike. Vestra drew an arrow, and shot it into one of the bandits hearts. Thats when they yelled, and several more Bandits came.
Vestra ran back to the convoy. "Bandits to the east! Bandits to the east!" erupted out of his mouth as he drew another arrow, a good amount of Bandits behind him. Thats when he noticed the rock that the carriage went over that broke the wheel. It wasn't a rock, but a stone brick. This was a trap. A bandit charged at him, but an arrow from someone behind him killed the Bandit first, and then he shot an arrow into another bandit, but there were plenty more.
Whoever these bandits were, they were hired to steal this thing. They brought way too many men for there to be any other reason.
Erik looked from bandit to bandit. None of them were vampires. So this wouldn't be as hard as first thought. The armored warrior continued to pick off bandits. This going to be one hell of a fight. He looked to the Khajiit, "Hey! I think I have more kills than you. Get your act together!" His Nordic accent was revealed. The Vampire hunter had not wanted to reveal himself for what he was just yet, but the cat was out of the bag. The Nord shrugged and killed another bandit.

To be clear, this is NOT going to be like Oblivion. Not at all. This is much different.
