The bird that Sixx has attracted recently was yet another Raven. A beautiful creature with feathers the color of Onyx, and eyes set to kill, or so to speak. Unlike other birds which came and went, this one seemed to linger around him, always coming back and claiming it's preferred spot on Sixx's right shoulder. He knew it was the same bird; his senses were just that acute.
Sixx has decided to name this creature, something he never did. "Nevermore," he now said to the bird, which naturally cocked it's head to the side at the sound of it's name. The name seemed to fit it well, and it did some justice for Edgar Allen Poe's published work, The Raven. Sixx looked at Nevermore, a smile twitching at the corners of his pierced lips. "You will always come back to me," he said simply. "Always." And with that, he sent the raven off, watching as it flew into the night sky, and eventually vanished from view.

Raven in her cat self streches in her cage,getting the day to rest her sprained ankle. Yea,she knew ways to get what she wanted. But jow it was night and she loved freaking th little children and scaring them when they go to sleep that night. She taps her fingers on the bottom of the cage waiting for one of the guards to let her out so she can get ready. Seeing her favorite one coming to unlock her cage,she called him Bimbo. One because he was blonde and two because he was strong enough to lift her one ton cage. "That's right,just turn the lock so I can get ready." She saids in a mocking tone. He just doesn't pay attention to her unlocks her cage and walked right back out looking the door from the outside. She looks around at the other performers bowing to them and enters the girls dressing room,a small room with no windows or way to escape. Clearing her throat she brushes her dyed red hair making extra big seeing it was her s 11th aniversery of being part of the "Cirque De Freak Family". She always rolled her eyes when people said the word family,she hated that word almost as much as the ringmaster himself.

She slips on her red and black performing outfit before putting her red lipstick on and walking out the room seeing on of the helpers right there making sure she was still in there. She smiles at them in fake sweetness and rolls her eyes heading to the main tent seeing another on of the performer,Lisanader or Sixx. She never really talked to him she stayed with her group of main attraction mostly and loved them like family. But she had to shake that thought as her head as she disappered and reappeared behind the ringmaster grabbing his hat,putting on top of her head second before throwing it up and disapearing again into the spotlight. As she turns back to a human she hears people gasp and childern scream,smiling she bows.

-------45 minutes later-----------
Raven finishes her show and knows she about to get beat for that little stunt she did with the ringmaster. She walks out the tent and sits on a metal cage right outside the "Freakes" tent,seeing kids go in. She smiles and sneaks up behind Sixx. She sees a few bird around him and chuckles. "Well,someone made a friends. Hey a few kids went in the tent,go freak them out. I did it last time." She saids before getting off cage and landing on the floor. She clears her throat and starts to walk on the oppisite side of the tent to change out of her costume. She changes and takes her time wiping off her lipstick and putting her hair in a ponytail. She slips on her least favorite costume and uses them as pajamas,every night. Walking to her cage she doesn't see a guard and justs sits on top of her cage. Not caring what happened to her.

Sixx looked away from the black sky and towards Raven, giving her a small smile. "I shall do that immediately," he responded, rushing over to the tent where several small children wondered in. He always loved seeing the horrified reactions small mortals gave him as he spread his beautiful wings, which were as white as snow at the moment. It was ironic how they faded in the sunlight, but that was yet another thing that he adored so much about them.
"Good evening, young ones," he announced as he walked into the tent, holding his arms out like a magician would before performing a trick. He flapped his massive singers twice, which already sent them running away, one of them tripping twice. Chuckling to himself, he exited the tent and looked around. Hopefully, his performance tonight was pleasing to the Ringmaster.
He knew that everyone here abhored the Ringmaster more than anything, yet for some reason, he found himself quite fond of him. Sixx couldn't recall a time when his performance was less than perfect, or a time when he intentionally got on the Ringmaster's bad side. His plan was always the same: Perform, impress, scare. It seemed effective enough. Smiling to himself, Sixx ran a hand through his black strands of hair, then adjusted the black rosary around his neck as he usually did.

Jack yawned and stretched, rolling a bit on the grass she was laying on. She had a cage, but she hated sleeping in it because it always made her feel locked in. She sat up and looked around as she rubbed her eyes. She spotted the guard that always seemed to be on her tail. Guess it's for us newcomers. The guard was the only person she really bothered noticing, figuring that making friends in the place was useless. It was like making friend with 'that stupid snake', or the ringmaster, useless and pathetic to even try. Jack's act was hardly known to anyone, so the only person she had on her tail was the guard.

Jack stretched again and stood, feeling a familiar shift in the grass near her bare feet. She looked down and smiled, bending over and softly shaking two kittens that were snuggled against each other. "Jasper. Jazz. Time for me to act." The two kittens lazily got up, giving only one small mew each before stretching to show that they were up and going to follow Jack. She smiled at her two 'young boys' before turning and walking back towards the main part of the place. She had a soft smile on her face as she walked into the highly populated area, full of children and their parents. She sat on the ground, the two kittens taking advantage of the situation and sitting in her lap.

Jack watched the crowd carefully, spotting two children she knew well after a while. They were the first to even talk to Jack, and she owed them for giving her hope. Like the kittens, it was two boys. She had even named the kittens after them. Jack waved to them, and they quickly made their way over once they spotted her. She smiled as they sat down beside her, and she patted their heads. "So, gonna see my act tonight? I'm thinking I'll become one of you today. Maybe even a combination!" They laughed and nodded, though looked up as their father called for them. She waved to them as they left and sighed, a slight frown coming across her face. "There they go. Free as a black bird." She sighed again, gently reaching down and lifting the kittens into her arms so that they remained sleeping.

Jack slowly and lazily walked to a place where 'freaks' tended to hang out. She didn't like it much, but she always heard information from eavesdropping. She sat on the grass and placed the kittens back in her lap, though Jazz, the white kitten with red eyes, opened his eyes and started swatting at Jack's hand. She gave a barely noticeable smile as she played with him, entertaining herself so that she'd be in a semi-good mood during her act.

Off in her own little world Raven doesn't see the kids run out. She only sees Sixx and hears the kids scream,she burst out laughing but stops a few seonds later. She claps and smirks. "No one is better at scaring young kids than you,except for maybe me." She shrugs seeing Jack walk in,she never talked to her at all. She hated newbies because she always had to show them around,which was time out of her pratice. She see her playing with a few cats and smiles listening to their thoughts mostly about how they wish they could run away with her and letting her free. She walks up to Jack with a kind smile on her face,well as kind her smile can be. "Hey Jack,right?" She asks with a rasied eyebrow. She waits for her answer as she starts to hear footstep,heavy ones that she knew from anyone. "Shit,get in your cages guys." She demands climbing in her cag enot locking it,hoping he wouldn't notice.

As they all get in their cages she watches as the ringmaster walks in,she smirks at him. "Were we acceptable today?" She asks in sarcasm,only her and the main attractions could get away with it without being killed. All the ringmaster does is smirk and lock her cage noticing it wasn't locked. "Damnit." She rolls her eyes looking at the other main attractions who are just trying not to burst out laughing. As he walked out she looks at all the others who haven't been here nowhere as long as her or the other mains. "The longer you're here the less you have to kiss ass,my young grasshoppers." She smirks loving to tease them.

"Well, I don't know about you all, but I'm starving." Cassie smirked at the other helpers that were near the stove. She sampled a small spoonful of the soup that had started boiling.
She liked life here, in Cirque Du Freak, though she knew some could say otherwise. She started walking out of the tent, turning to the side as she passed the Ringmaster, who had a scowl on as usual. She nodded wordlessly to him as she pushed the tent flap to reveal the now dark night. Approaching the next tent, she paused, and looked around, wondering where everyone was, but shook the thought out of her head as she smiled to herself and entered the tent that the "Freaks" resided in. For a second she studied the ones closest to her, Raven, Sixx, and Jack.

"Er, hey all, we just finished making some dinner, would any of you like some? It's uh... Shoot, what was it again? Oh!" She smiled wholeheartedly and raised a finger to show she had remembered, although she had just left eh kitchen, "We have some veggie stew." She nodded, satisfied with herself.

"So uh, anyone hungry?"

Sixx looked up at Cassie, then shrugged as he went back to playing with the rosary beads around his neck, concentrated on the black cross on which Jesus was hanging. He had no religion; the "necklace" was simply another accessory just like anything else. Stretching his white wings, he wondered where Nevermore was, what tree he was resting in, if he even made it to a forest. Groaning in frustration, he crossed his arms over his chest.
"God, I feel like a loser," he mumbled to himself, shaking his head.

She smiles as Cassie walks in,she never hated her but she nevr loved her either. "Oh i'm hungry but I think i'm more in the mood for bird." She smirks looking at Sixx. Then tilts her head. "Just kidding,Sixx. I wuld never eat one of your birds." She puts her hands to her heart. She rattles her bars cursing the ringmaster for locking her in,seeing only him and the guards had keys to the cages. Her was laying down flat,so she couldn't sit up straight. "So,how's was your day,Cassie?"She asks tilting her head and smirks,she loved to smirk at the "Normals".

She looks around at Sixx and then at Jack,wondering what they were thinking,hoping it was about escaping but Sixx never would do aomething so bad. She knew that for a fact but asked for Jack,she has said she wanted to leave.

"You best not," Sixx warned, shaking his head and causing strands of hair to fly out of place. Closing his eyes and tilting his head back, he mumbled the words to some random song quietly, then exhaled. He wished he was back on stage, performing and watching the faces covered in awe and horror as dozens of birds flew around Sixx, landing on his shoulders and arms. 'It was my absolute pleasure to frighten you tonight,' he would always say, flashing his brilliant smile at the crowd.
And quite the pleasure it was. Sixx knew of nothing that made him happier than performing. At least, not at the moment.

Jack barely let out a giggle, trying to hide it as the kitten mewed and continued playing with Jazz as Jasper woke up. Jasper then distracted Jazz, causing the two of them started 'attacking' each other in her lap. She blinked when they stopped and hissed a bit behind Jack. She was confused, though she understood when she heard a slightly familiar voice. "Hey, Jack right?" She barely looked to the main attraction when the kittens both gave scared mews and heavy boot steps reached Jack's ears. She quickly scooped up the kittens, running to her cage and placing them down on it's floor before stepping in. She pulled off her vest and placed it over them, shushing them. "Sshhh. It's okay." She then closed her cage's door, not caring if it was locked or not.

Jack sat and crossed her legs as the Ringmaster stepped in. She watched him as he spoke to the girl who had talked to Jack earlier. She sighed slightly as he left and Cassie stepped in. She was, in all honesty, hungry, but she didn't like the food. She normally ate the food that wildlife brought her in the field. Jack laid down and the kittens crawled onto Jack's stomach. "Not hungry. At least, not for your food." She wasn't afraid to speak her mind except if it was to the Ringmaster or other 'freaks'. Basically, she would only speak to the helpers. She believed them to be idiots who you couldn't help but be rude to.
