Roleplaying maternity?

I'm new here, so I'm UBER sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum or if I did anything wrong D:

Ok, so I'm roleplaying with my friend right? One of the many characters I'm roleplaying as is a character I created, let's call her Bee, and she's lovers with a canon character that my friend roleplays, let's call that canon character Dev. (Me and my friend are totally welcome to pairing non-canon w/ canon characters, it's just what we do)

So it's been like 3 years now and we're both out of juniorhigh and we're going to different high schools and I don't think I'll be seeing her ever again. So I decided I'd finally roleplay what we've been talking about ever since the beginning, Bee & Dev having offspring.

So yesterday, while (non-instant message) roleplaying, I made Bee give out a little sign to Dev that she might be pregnant.
She then sent me a message back with the subject of the message being "SHE BETTER NOT BE PREGNANT DXD" (DXD means DX & XD together) and made Dev walk away.

It made me REALLY sad and kinda upset... I've been wanting that for a long time and now she just blows me off!? What should I tell her or what should go on in the roleplay!? Thank you if you reply to this (':>
