Tessa feels more like a six year old than the fifteen she is, but she lets John take care of her anyway, feeling oddly safe at the thought that he was being so gentle to her. His gentleness surprises her and almost makes tears come to her eyes. She didn't say another word, just nodding or shaking her head to his questions. When he ties her back up she sighs sadly, not comfortable in the chair at all. When he asks about music she shakes her head no, preferring to think without bad music clouding her thoughts.

A sudden thought almost makes her gasp. 'John's not the one I bit. Al, the other guy, the mean one, he's the one I bit. Oh man I hope he forgot about that,' she thinks, hanging her head backwards in frustration. 'Oh yeah Tess. He's going to forget you bit him. You drew blood for that freaking matter. There's no way he's going to forget that. Ugh... I just hope he doesn't punish me for that as well. He tipped over the chair for asking to go to the bathroom. There's no telling what he'd do since I bit him.' Tessa sighs and closes her eyes, just hoping for the best and extremely thankful for John's gentle presence.
