Deirdre entered the dining her room, her iPod blaring heavy metal, she grabbed something and then sat down at a random empty table to eat in silence, the gothic girl's mind somewhere else.
Quite frankly, Deirdre hated being a Vampyre, she very much just wanted to be back at home asleep and then tomorrow doing something crazy and fun, like going to McDonalds with her brother to go freak out cashiers by him dressing like a slutty girl for a laugh. The memory always made her smile or laugh. The only good thing about the House of Night that she could see was that she had found Ace, her slightly psychotic Thoroughbred gelding.
Glancing around the room, Deirdre shook her head and went back to picking at her food.
