A few moment's later Romeo came out of his mothers room. He was covered in blood, but with no wounds, and he was staggering a little. When he looked up and focused on Alex his eyes were wet with tears that for some reason refused to fall, and filled with a mixture of hate, anger, and grief that he would never be able to fully express.

"She's..." Romeo couldn't bring himself to say it, instead he slammed his fist into the doorway with a backhand that cracked the wood and sent down a small rain of dust on them both. "Let's go. I'll call the police, and my father, on the way, but for now we don't need to be here..." There was a thin silver chain coming out of his left front pocket, his mothers necklace, the silver chain with a single diamond that his father had given her when they got married. Around his neck there was plain leather necklace with a bear claw on the end, carved into the design of a dragon biting the leather.

Walking over, past Alex, not wanting to get blood on her, he goes back out and to the back of the SUV. Once there he opens up the rear hatch and takesout a duffle bag. From it he takes out a new shirt, tossing his old aside, and quickly shanges into it, then closes the hatch back and moves around to start the engine.

"I know that Cole, but you're in a hospital and...nevermind. She's feeling better, and she said the both of you can come in, though I have no idea why..." Myra says with a sigh, running a hand through her hair before turning and walking away to her desk, Westlyn's chart in hand.

Hunter looks over at Cole and smiles a little, then takes the bottle, and a long drink from it, before handing it back and standing up. "Come on, we should visit while we can. They probably gave her something to make her sleep." He says, walking over and knocking once before opening the door and stepping in. Looking over at her he smiles and moves more into the room so Cole can get in as well. "So, how are you feeling?"

Somewhere in America

"General Margrave, sir, there's been an incident." one of the men in suits says to their leader. There are about fifteen of them in an undisclosed bunker, monitoring MTD and over all mutant activity all over the world. Every person there, save for the General, is seated behind a set of monitors, each with a different view of some situation somewhere in the world. "I think you may want to check it out."

"Where did it occus, and what exactly happened?" General Margrave, a man who looked suprisingly similar to Romeo, except with short, neat hair that was begining to thin and grey, and a neatly trimmed beard, asked as he looked down from his higher desk at the man.

"I'm, patching it through to your phone right now. It occured just outside of Los Angeles, and it was pretty big. At least four agents were killed. The registered mutant offenders Psycho and Lycan were both there, as well as several teenagers who seem to have just recently aquired their powers. Three of them ere caught." the man says, pulling up their faces on the large monitors in the front of the room.

Psycho, Lycan, Westlyn, Dustin, and Natasha all appear on the screen in a sort of mug shot picture. Then afew more appear, pictured from the battle itself. Cole, Hunter, the helicopter crash. Then one mor picture appeares, this one of Romeo, with the girl mutant on his back and Alex at his side, making their way away from the scene.

General Margrave goes cold, and without another word stands up and heads for the door. None of the other men have ever seen him is such a state, so they let him go without a single question asked, feeling this is much bigger than they thought. Once he is gone, one of them asks, "Hey, doesn't that guy look a little like the General?" and another, "Doesn't he have a son out in LA?"
