"Urgh", and with a the final grunt Rift had moved the bed a good distance away along with his study area desk. Rift looked up at the bed.

"Why you cheeky, little," he started as he realized why the bed had been so heavy. Alice and Celestia were laying down on it the whole time. The two demons grinned at him and he gave in. Just then his cell phone started to ring. "Hello?" he answered. He listened as the person on the other end talked.

"Ok, I'll be right there" Rift hung up and made his way to the door. "It seems I left by stuff on the bus. They had just delivered it to the main office." He started to clack the sticks on the door and Alice and Celestia quite gracefully got up from the bed and followed behind him. The echos of the drum sticks and the shoes filled the hallways. Rift kept it softly otherwise the echo would make the drumming sound sloppy. Rift hated sounding unprofessional. He kept it soft and clean all the way to the office. He gave the right number of apologies and thank yous before dragging his bags back to his dorm room. It was difficult to drum while pulling a suitcase and carrying a large duffel bag, so he resigned to tapping. He walked by an open door and looked out towards the fountain. All the people that were there before were still there. "Oh Gawd," he mumbled "These people seem to have nothing better to do than talk. Ladies," he said addressing Alice and Celestia. "I think that wet flutist may have been the coolest person here. This might be a boring school after all." Rift continued his walk back to his dorm room
