When Serena congratulated her, Blair pulled Nate away and confronted the girl.
"What are you doing here?" She muttered under her breath. Just loud enough for both of them to hear.
"Are you even invited? How care you show your face in my own house..."
"Oh darlings, you can bond later but as of this moment my designer is here and wants to see you both for the gown. Isn't that just wonderful?" Blair's mom clapped her hands and pulled the two girls towards the circle of old women and Winter Bailey, the famous and celebrated designer.
"Oh my! What beautiful faces and body! I'd be sure to enjoy making lots and lots of dresses for the two of you!" The gay designer exclaimed.
"How about for us men? Huh." Chuck interrupted while he handed Serena a glass of Blanc Noir.
"I doubt anyone will miss you Chuck. In fact, knowing you that you have already called your designer for a few pieces of suit." Blair tried to forget that Serena is around by making a joke and gracefully laughing with everyone else.
But no, Serena is next to her while Nate... Wait! Where is Nate?
She scanned the whole place but he is not to be found anywhere.
"If you'll excuse me, I'll be back." She rushed to find him. He can't go home, not yet. She has another surprise for him.
