At some point, she ended up on her back playing 'pong' with the ceiling. Vaguely, Kaylee wondered how Dani had gotten home before her, since she had come straight home. Giving up on entertaining her dog, she shooed Iris and Zero from her lap and got up, brushing all the shed dog fur from her clothing before she opened her bedroom door and jogged downstairs, retrieving a watermelon-strawberry Switch and taking a big gulp of the contents of the shiny green can. Heading back up to her room, she plugged in her laptop and began surfing the internet, trying to learn English more fluently.
