Kross felt the power from the orbs flow into him and he felt a lot stronger than he had before the chant. "It seems your little trick worked Hear..." Kross stopped mid-sentence as he heard a rather large noise coming from down the hall where they had originally awoke. "Excuse me but something calls my attention back at our cell... I will go see what it is by myself no need for anyone else to come with."
Kross turned around and walked down the hall they had come down to get to the room filled with books, although this time there were no monsters. As he neared the cell he saw a large creature in it, one he recognized as a chimera. "This should be interesting!" he yelled as he drew his daggers and charged the beast.

(no one come down to help me, this is Kross's first shard fight so even if you did come you would not be able to enter the cell to fight)
