Marceline yawned as the light from the curtains have woken her up. Why hasn't Giles come yet she wondered hoping he would arrive sooner or later. The house was filled with maids but they were all useless and she despised them. They would have talked behind her back saying how she was such a useless little girl but look at them how did they land as maids. Her throat itched wishing that Giles would have brought her the morning tea she always had. Eyes starting to water she yawned again waiting for him to come.
Her patience was getting her nowhere but this was what being a lady meant. She started to sit up on her bed, her legs not showing.
