There was a large group of students nearby that were being very loud and both Huma and Lukas were starting to get a little bothered. These were the uppity kind of kids that bothered him last year for not putting a collar on Huma. Lukas didn't even understand why they put collars on their own Threads. Did they really think they would lose the animal that was tied to them by spirit? The groups started towards Lukas when the two noticed a kid and his wolf head towards a back passage way, obviously avoiding the very same people that were about to hassle Lukas and Huma. They looked at each other and nodded. Both got up and followed the pair into a wooded area. Lukas smiled, definitely nobody to bother them back here. The boy and his Thread looked for a soft spot and laid in some leaves for a quick nap before the third period bell.
