Kain looked down at the boy as he finally fell asleep. He picked him up in his arms and brought him over to his bed, pulling the covers up. He stretched, pulling his headphones down to his neck. The boy froze when he started to hear a whisper. He looked around, thinking it was a little kid who was just mumbling in their sleep. He rubbed his temples. "God... now I'm hearing things..." he muttered as he flopped back down onto his bed. The bed squeeked as usual, but he could still hear the whispering. Though he wasnt sure it was saying. He sighed and stood back up. Maybe a walk would help.
Sneaky as he was, Kain got out of his room with ease, without anyone noticing. He silently walked around in the halls, looking here and there. He's been here for a few years now, and nothing had change. No... actually there was one thing that had changed. Him. He used to be more open, but now he kept everything to himself. Maybe it was for the best. With a small yawn, he put his hands behind his head, shaking away the thought.
