Now they were huddled at the far side of the room. The entirety of the group facing inward as that seemed to be where Mr. Russo had entered and exited. There was some concern though, as the items were ported directly on top of them. War crouched trying to see if he could find a flaw in the room, a seam that betrayed the secrets of the teleporting. No such weakness could be found which caused worry, the enemy could be launched at them from any angle.
He glanced back to the girls once again; Lady Metallica was distracted by the drifting thing that Evelyn had spoken to. There was no doubt that the two could work cohesively, even being strangers they shared an affinity for the mechanical. This would have to do, because if he understood anything about obstacles they required teamwork.

“We should back up till the girls have their backs to the wall. As for you two..”

War glanced to Jake and Grey, those two also shared cohesion in a sense. They were talking which has the side-effect of creating camaraderie. This was a positive sign, and he knew it. After all it was this circus attraction of an assembly that was going to get him his revenge. He only had to play the game with the government long enough to make this all work.
Taking charge wasn’t his intention, he didn’t want them becoming use to him. There was no desire to become their friend or ally, just the need to extract vengeance. War would do whatever it took to hurt those that had transformed him. He also took the reigns because of his battle prowess, he had been in conflict before. Part of his days imprisoned were spent fighting arena style, whilst his captors kept pushing stronger opponents on him. Needless to say he knew how to brawl, and his body knew how to rebound.
“We think the best plan, is to rush it while the Femborg and Brain shoot the enemy. The sooner we end its existence the sooner we get out of this box.”
