The beeping speeds up.

"There's a problem! She appears to be having a heart attack!"

Darkness. Pain.

Rose jerked forward in bed, hitting her head on the top bunk. She grimaced, rubbing her head.

Rose struggled to remember anything about the dream that scared her so much, but there was nothing.

Rose pulled her standard student uniform on, and pulled her red hair up into a ponytail. She decided to head over to the training facility. It was indeed, 1 in the morning, but perhaps she could finally master hardening air with molecule manipulation. The dream and its effects were already fading from Rose's mind.

Rose put her boots on and stepped out of the room.

Roselyn Ressom had been the daughter of a Dogwood Lab/Containment Facility in Maine, but thanks to a routine check, was discovered as a Resistance Child, and had been sent here. She was considered a successful conversion, as she tried to adhere to all the rules, and train as hard as she could. She couldn't help but feel something was off, but she could never place it, and never thought too hard about it.

Rose swiped her I.D. card to get in, and was told a training room to go to. She headed that way.
