The Goblin Prince slappped Medea hard around the face.
"You should learn to hold your tongue girl, you're lucky I haven't banished you for good."
"That would have been a kindness on your part." She muttered darkly.
"What happened Medea? You always showed such promise. Then you started indulging in... unpleasantries."
"So you think I've betrayed my kind just because I can do this?" She brushed her hands over her face, grinning as the Prince recoiled in disgust at her now human appearance.
"Consider yourself fortunate, Medea, that I have chosen to be leniant towards your displays of disobediance. That is the reason you are going to be a champion. I know that you are one of the most filthsome, sadistic goblins that ever existed, you just got mixed up in... pure activities. This is your chance to prove yourself." He turned away from her. "You shall be accompanied by Le'gaan."
"Le'gaan? As in Le'gaan the brutal? You're sending me with that lunkhead?"
"Yes, he is the greatest of our warriors and should keep you in line." He gave her a cruel smirk. "And when you prove yourself worthy, I will take you without question."
"Don't tempt me to fail on purpose." She muttered darkly, reverting back to goblin form.
"Don't be so insolent. Guard!" The Prince turned away again. "Summon Le'gaan, tell him it's time."
