The mayor began arguing with the Lieutenant about their plan. The phones were ringing. Harry saw this as an excuse to get away from the mayor. He scared him. Harry particularly disliked politicians. He answered the phone. "Yes?" He paused. It was a 911 dispatch unit. "E...excuse me...?" He tried calling the mayor and lieutenant but their argument was heated. "Ex...excuse me." He said louder. This time he was just barely audible. "Excuse me!" But the two still ignored Harry. "EXCUSE ME SIRS!!!" This caught their attention.

The mayor and Lieutenant Garret stopped yelling and simply stared at the poor officer with an annoyed look on their faces. "What is it?!" Garret yelled out.

"W-we got a 9-1-1 call sir! A clerk recognized Marsueves Black in his store." Harry replied.

The mayor seemed satisfied. "Great! Let's go over to the store, pick him up, case closed!"

"It-it's not that simple sir..."

"Well why not?!" The mayor screamed.

Harry tried to keep his composer. "H-h-h-he left! The clerk only recognized him after he left, and then saw Black's picture on TV!"

Garret sighed. "Well? What else?"

"The store clerk said he bought soda chips, and a razor..."

The mayor was still ticked. "And?! So?!"

Garret answered for Harry. "It means it's gotten harder to catch him now. The Marsueves Black we recognize has long hair and a beard." He turned to the TV screen, with Black's face flashing on the screen. "That photo their publicizing is no longer valid." Garret turned to an officer. "Get a sketch artist in here with several photos of Black! I want a composite sketch of the guy with a shaven head! Got that!?"

Harry piped up. "We should also make sure the public knows about Black's scar--"

The mayor scoffed again. "We know that, pipsqueak!"

Harry was about to say something when the man on the phone continued. He listened intently, his eyes widening. "Uh, sirs?"

The mayor was still irritable. "Now what!?!"

"Th-there were two victims found dead. In the past two hours. One in an alleyway, and one in an apartment building. Th..." Harry choked a bit. "Their ears were chopped off. And left in their mouths..." Garret had a grave look on his face. That was definitely Marsueves. "What should we do sir...?"

Garret looked at the mayor. "Do you see now how serious this is? It's all fine and well that the citizens rights come first, but if this man leaves the island, countless people are going to die, no matter what we do."

The mayor simply stared at hims ominously. "Fine! Fine fine fine! Go ahead! Seal off the island! But mark my words Garret, any deaths from here on out, are going to be on you!" And with that, the fat politician stormed out the station.

Garret turned around. "Well?! What are you shits waiting for!?!" He bellowed. "I want that sketch out by this afternoon! And the island closed off yesterday!"
