Kalas listened to the rules as they were explaned and directly he had te tendancy to facepalm, since he had used his bankai without permission, twice. After listening the whole speach he stepped forward and looked Ichiro in the eyes. "I have both an issue and a suggestion. For a good reason I like to start with the bad news."( obviously this was to create a certain relief after the bad news) "Due to a still unkown reason my squad gets about ten times the wounded from bar fights than usual, I know the current chaos contributes to this number, but ten times the normal since the last few weeks. I would like to investigate, but my men aren't trained to defend themselfs against something or somethings that can easily take on a table full of 11th squad members, and due to the growth in incidents I don't have the manpower to send out an investigation team either." He looked around to all the captains and lieutenants and then continued. "If this doesn't end soon my whole courtyard will turn into an emergency hospital and Seretei will lose even more manpower or even all of its manpower." He ended that scentance with the look of someone that sees the world collapse under his every eyes.

He then scratched his head and with something most would call a smile he spoke towards Ichiro again. "From what I know my shikai lets me heal poeple within a certain radius in a similar way as traditional shinigami healing, so I think it might be possible to use it to stimulate the reiatsu of Soul Society's villagers. If it works like I expect it would we would have enough shinigami for another squad in no time...But if it doesn't work as good as I expect we might end up in just having stronger villagers, which could give us another problem, or realy weak shinigami. Nothing usefull either way." He took a deep breath. "I think this should be voted over, since everyone sees the risks and gains in a difrent perspective, but that is just my word." Kalas looked apologising to Ichiro as he said that, knowing that he basically said that he doubted Ichiro's judgement on this matter.
