Natasha gave the boy a sweet smile that lit up her features, "Hello. I'm a friend of your brother Drake." She said, still smiling warmly. She knelt down in the sand next to Dimitri, so she was at eye level with him, and then frowned slightly, "I'm on vacation with some friends and I thought I'd come and say hi to Drake but I was just informed that he's not around. He promised to take me on a great tour of the island whenever I got a chance to come. I have to admit I'm sort of disappointed. Could you suggest any places I should see before I go...?" She trailed off, and shook her head in embarrassment, "I'm sorry, dear, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Natasha. It's a pleasure to meet you." She said, extending a long slender arm to shake Dimitri's hand.
"Oh!" Dimitri spoke, slowly reaching up to take her hand, not knowing what was about to happen. "Well, uh, I suppose I could suggest the dragon reserve, or maybe the Temple of the Elders..."

"Did he say what that was?" He paused and then chuckled coldly at his words, "Not that I would believe a word he says anyways." Harry added, using a quick spell to make the fire larger. He sat down as close to it as possible and allowed his toes to rest only inches from the flames. He trusted Ron to make it out okay with Mr.Smith, and so all he could do was wait.
"He said it was an Anti-Werewolf Potion." Hermione said, moving to take a seat next to him. "He didn't say what it would do, but to keep it--it might be useful." She blinked, staring at it and glancing over at him. "What do you make of that?"

Evelynne fell beneath Ryu, hitting the earth hard. The back of her head hit the grass so hard that she could see stars bursting all around her, "Ow, fuck!" She cursed, pinned beneath Ryu. Her voice sounded hollow inside the bubble that Ryu had created around them. There was no blast... no explosion... just the sound of ticking and an indistinct scratching noise.
The musicbox continued its ticking, sounding as innocent as an inanimate object could. In fact, if one listened closely, the ticking sounded more like that of an old clock - as if something was constantly turning on the inside, scratching a surface on its way around.
Silence.

"Maybe we have to open it?" Eve ventured, not bothering to move from under Ryu. She was freezing from the rain and very weak from the entire evening. Laying in the mud seemed like a perfectly acceptable place to be at that moment.
Ryu blinked, before dispelling the magical shield once it became apparent that the thing wouldn't violently blown itself--and them--to smithereens.
"I suppose so." He sighed, embarrassment flooding his cheeks with a beet red flush. "I certainly feel like a damn fool." Getting up and helping Evie to her feet, he shook himself off and tried to wipe off the mud again, glancing over at her.
"...Are you alright? I didn't hurt you too badly, did I?" He asked, feeling even worse now about his hasty actions, not making a move towards the music box at first, not wanting to appear as a senseless jerk.
