Lakilester nodded as he fell from the salute to look back at him with a healthy nod. "Of course, Sir. Feel free to ask away." He said, turning sharply on his heels, and beginning to make his way through Central, though he was still listening. His tall form sort of towered over the Elric following him, much like his brother, but he payed it no mind. The footsteps behind him reassured him as he made through the building, untill he reached a door that lead outside. He moved through what looked to be the courtyard, and past that. He walked through a gate and went into the streets, almost imidiately taking a sharp turn back towards an alleyway. Again, they approached a gate, and turned inside. The walled place streched for at least 100 feet, and had a few others armed with weapons of their choice. They turned to nod at Lakilester, and seemed to start packing up theirselves and their armmaments.

Lakilester turned to Edward, and began to speak. "Well sir, as a Marksman, I will not be with you directly. I will be playing a much more supportive role. I'll be on the rooftops or other places of altitude I can reach. The exception of course is if were were somewhere without such place. This of course, means what I will not always be within voical range, and we might not be able to communicate over radio. This might present a problem, if we had not figured a way around it...." He said, turning, to walk towards a cabinet. He opened it up, and pulled out a rather intimidating looking firearm. The long rifle had a scope on the top, though small. He reached down to the bottom shelf of the cabinet, and pulled out a handful of ammuntion, stuffing it into the pockets of his trencoat. He turned yet again, back to face Edward. "We have 'body commands', and I'd like you to be familiar with them. My orders are not to engage without strict command from you, since you lead. However, in all honesty, if I see a comrade's life in danger, I'd shoot without orders. Getting scolded is much better than having a funeral, no?" He said, as brightly as one could say that statement in.

He turned and notioned to the field, where Edward could see standing brass targets, about as thin as one's hand. They were in the shape of human silhouette. There were about five in total. He looked back to Major Elric for just a moment, before speaking. "Alright, sir, we'll start with the basics. They are baised on arm and upper body movement mostly, so do not worry about your lower-body placement for the most part." He said, facing the dummies.

Lakilester's right hand raised slowly in the air, bent at the elbow into a 90 degree angle, his hand in the universal symbol for 'stop'. "This, Sir, means to stop all my current targeting. If this is ordered, I will await your further instructions, or next command." He said.

His arm staying where it was, his fingers slowly curled into a fist. "This means 'incapacitate my target'. I will aim for your targets legs, as to keep them from fleeing. If you preform this symbol with your left hand instead of your right, it will mean 'nullify my target'. If your target has a weapon, then I will target the arm that holds the weapon. The way you point your target out to me is by pointing to them with the oppisite hand that you hold up." Still having his right hand in the air, he slowly lifted his left arm to point at the analog closest to them. "I'd like to stress that these actions do not have to be solid and slow as I am preforming them now. They are more than welcome to be swift, and clean, Major." He said with a nod. He let both of his arms down, before swiftly raising his right arm in the air, in a fist as he was earlier, before jabbing his arm to point at a different, further analog, before letting his arms drop to his side again.

Next, Lakilester rose his arm straight vertical as he could, and his hand spread out, like as if he was going to give someone a high-five. "This means to engage all engaging. For example, if you find yourself surrounded by...rabid bunnies... then starting with the furthest away, I will begin to pick them off." He looked back to Edward, to make sure he was paying attention, but then to give him the most serious look he'd given him yet. (Though this probably still didn't look to serious to Edward.) "This is a kill order, Sir. If this is issued, I will not incapacitate or nullify. I will eliminate them. The wide-fingered hand may be replaced with the fist from the earlier body command, and follows the 'left-right' rule." He said, nodding and looking back towards the targets.

"Lastly...is the most simple. By pointing at someone without any risen hand or arm motions simply means to eliminate them." He said. His arm left his side, and simply jolted out to point at one of the targets, before dropping to his side. He turned back to Edward. "Do you have all of that, Major?" He asked, spinning around, and walking towards a stairwell that lead to a second story balcony that didn't seem to have any purpose but to give someone a simulation of altitude. He pulled the rifle around from it's sling, and began to load it.

"We'll run a small test. Those five standing targets are the ones we will use. Simply command as you see fit, and I shall follow your orders, Mr. Elric, sir." He said, pushing the bolt on his rifle foward, creating the satifiying sound of a weapon being readied for combat. His eyes went down to be next to his scope, though still looked towards Ed for his first order.
