*(Sorry for not jumping into the fray with an update all ready here. I barely slept at all last Christmas Eve night and outside out being up to eat a little brunch and open up presents with parents I practically did nothing but sleep all day today. >XD LMFAO)*
"'M fine.. I jus..." Smith mumbled something more most of it incoherent ramblings. He suddenly drew a deep breath and stood up properly. "zws. Maz. Kre.. Kreazil. You have the potions, that Kreazil had. You.. Oh shit." Smith stumbled into the house as quickly as he could, emerging with some brooms a minute later. "If you have the potions and knew which ones to give then you've captured that bastard. Show me where, quickly! We need to stop him now!" He handed Ron a broom, coughing a bit as he moved about.
"Whoa! Whoa, Mr. Smith, take a deep breath! Calm down, don't strain yourself!" Ron stated, grasping one of the brooms in his hands. "We've got him secured. He's not going anywhere." Still, the young Auror quickly took a glance at the broom--feeling significantly more comfortable with it than a Muggle vehicle, or attempting to Apparate.
"He's at the dragon preserve just a few minutes north. We should be able to get there quickly." He stated, slinging his leg over the enchanted object.

[Sander] remained standing with his mouth slightly open, horrified at the scene that played out before him. It didn't take too high of an IQ to gather that the young boy on the floor was Drake's brother, but he still found himself unable to say anything as Drake attacked Lucius. He looked to Alphonse, silently asking what to do now.
Lucius barely had time to react before Drake was on him. The vile man was knocked down by an indescribable force, and within seconds he was being pummeled by blow after blow.
Al caught Sander's glance and immediately knew he had to do something. "Stop, Drake, you'll kill him!" the half elf shouted.
Drake didn't care at all--hearing Al, but choosing not to listen to him. The man hurt his family--he had even willingly murdered his own! He didn't deserve to live! He wanted to kill him! Opening his mouth, Drake was just about to sink his fangs into the man's exposed jugular when--
A simple repulsion spell from Al sent Drake flying away from Lucius. He hit the opposite wall of the room with such force that the impact left cracks on the stone. Al rushed over to his friend, pulling him to his feet. "Get a hold of yourself!" he shouted. "I don't care what he did to Dimitri, I will not let you kill him. Don't get me wrong, I hate Malfoy too, but revenge isn't worth sinking down to his level!"
NO!! Drake snarled, twisting away from the half-elf! NO!! Luci--no, his prey was right there and this...this elf was denying him his prize?! Baring his fangs in a deep snarl, his eyes narrowed with a feral hiss. He glared, his fists tightening enough to actually draw blood from his own hands, dark thoughts raging through his head as he focused his priorities. The elf would die first as to not get in his way again, and then his prey would...
After Drake was removed from his chest, Lucius stood up once more, healing some of the deeper wounds with his wand. "So, you want to play rough,do you, Nightwing?" he snarled, not even bothering to thank Alphonse. "I'm game." A flick of his wand caused a small chest to appear from nowhere. Lucius slowly opened the box, holding it open for all to see its contents. Inside was an ornate necklace, made of silver and embedded with opals. It seemed to be antique, as the silver had a considerable amount of tarnish on it.
"I trust you recognize this, Alphonse, Drakengarde?" the man said, smirking tiumphantly. "Gave Hogwarts quite a bit of trouble back in the good old days; I've even heard that it nearly killed poor Angelina Johnson." The necklace floated out of its container and hovered over Dimitri, just inches over his face. "And, if I remember, it only touched poor Angie through a minuscule hole in her glove," Lucius continued, his smirk changing into a sinister grin. "Imagine what would happen if it came into full contact with a person?"
"What the hell do you think you're doing, you bastard?!" Al cried, taking an aggravated step towards Lucius. "Don't you know how dangerous that thing is?"
"Oh, I know full well, Mister Wendsleydale," the dark wizard said. "And I would advise both of you to think twice before you say or do anything. After all, it's so easy to lose concentration and break a levitation charm." Just as he finished talking, the necklace dropped, stopping only a millimeter from Dimitri's pale face before rising again. Al reached forwards, as if to stop it, but stopped himself before he took a step towards Lucius' bad side. "Oops," Lucius whispered, a spark of malice glinting in his eyes.
However, after having seen all that, Drake's thought process was brought to a crashing halt. He did indeed recognize the opal amulet, remembering it from the news--though if memory had served him properly, hadn't it been Katie Bell that had fallen victim to it's dark curse? ...It didn't matter, all he knew is that it had cursed to kill anybody it touched. To have his brother--his only sibling, threatened with such danger--Drake snarled again, feeling himself drive further into rage again.
That did it. He no longer cared. Come hell or high water, Lucius Malfoy would die before this night was over for even daring to harm his brethren. If anyone opposed him? Then, damn it, so be it. He wasn't going to just stand around and be helpless! He wasn't going to just sit down and be a good little pup, not while somebody he love was clearly in danger.
His mind was twisting, images flashing back to that day...
"No..." Drake weakly gasped out as he attempted to block the images. Tears came to his eyes. "Grandpa...Grandpa...not again...NOT AGAIN!" Sliding down to his knees, his hands grasped at the side of his head. "What am I going to do...?"
