Annette jumped along the rooftops. To the untrained eye she was a blur. The light sound of rustling entered Annette's ear. She stopped dead in her tracks kneeling down her hands resting on the floor. She was motionless, her heart beat slowing down. She started at the floor, she was tempted to move towards the edge and peer down below, but she knew that would just give her away. There was only silence. Annette cocked her head to the side, she knew whatever it was it would make a sound sooner or later. The sound of a gun clicking was like a scream in the dead silence. Annette picked up her head turning it towards the edge of the building. Hes so close, she thought, knowing that Jax was nearby. She smirked getting up walking silently towards the back of the building away from the street that Jax was. She was that ignorant to jump out and attack at the sound of his gun clicking. Reaching the back she jumped down. The alley way was pitch black and reeked of urine. She can see the exit of the alley just ahead of her. She stood in the shadow in silence waiting for Jax next move.
